I reserved a room online for a lower price. They wouldn't accept online reservations. I had to pay full price. It definitely wasn't a 5 star hotel.

This place is the nastiest and dirtiest place that I have been ever the sheets we’re not clean they had stains from blood from dead bedbugs And what looks to be like makeup all over the sheet. The towels were even nasty and dirty mold on walls smelled like liquor and smoke but advertising no smoking . The front desk guy Prince is his name was so rude and nasty just like the rooms! We bought our room before we got there he put us in a 68$ room when I paid for a king suit with a pinball table kitchenette jacuzzi tub and a sofa bed for 158$ and told me that he put someone else in there so we had to deal with it so needless to say I fought to even a receipt I had to Involve the police to get it crazy ! Quality in Suits you definitely need be checking on your brand because there running it through the mud ! I don’t give this place any stars but Yahoo!’s makin me give 1 there grass isn’t even mowed

The hotel is an older one and worn, but I was on the 3rd floor King bed and it was very quiet and I felt relaxed. The air conditioner was definitely doing its job because the room was very cold, but after adjusting the temperature, it was cozy. The bathroom was huge and clean, and the shower was hot with decent water pressure. The bed wasn't the worst, but it was not the best for complete comfort (this is a value hotel), and I was wishing I had grabbed my personal pillow due to the deflated ones on the bed lol. The staff (night shift clerk and day shift) were exceptionally kind and friendly! Both gentlemen are the highlight of my stay, and I would definitely recommend this for a quick overnight, comfortable stay for the money.
Noteworthy details: Safe affordable for a solo female traveler with very friendly staff.

I grew up in this area the location of the hotel is fine! The Service was fast and great no issues. However, each time I book here the room seems to get worse and worse. The bathroom floor in room 102 is DISGUSTING! Had to wear my crocs the whole time in the bathroom because absolutely not! The towels and wash cloths they gave us were still DIRTY! We had to go buy our own from a nearby store. I booked a hotel back in August 2022 on the 3rd floor and back in September of 2023 — it never gave the experience I just had this time. It was a lot better but unfortunately a lot of things can change between then and now.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman working on Tuesday night, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. he also gave me a nice discount when I walked in. Additionally, I noticed a significant improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms compared to my past visits. A small maintenance work was going on, but it’s not so disturbing for the guests.Overall, the service was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and improved room conditions.

Waited at the desk for an HOUR after a 15 hour shift because the 1 of 2 people that work here were smoking weed outside and then was laughed at by the front desk. Do not come here it is the worst hotel ive stayed in

Very run down!! Furniture nasty, very dirty!! Breakfast horrible, they literally had an open jug of milk sitting on ice because I guess the refrigerator is broken, hardly no options besides waffles, all the ice makers except 1 is broken, and the one that work is leaking water and looks like it will fall to pieces if you touch it. Do not waste your money I’m so disappointed!! I canceled my second night and had to pay a $30 cancellation fee but I refuse to stay another night.

Booked a room with one king size bed. We arrived ...There was a full size white and run dowm van parked in the handicap space with no handicap posted or on the plate. We DO have the handicap and we're forced to park 4 spaces further away. Checked in with ease.
We got to our room on the 3rd floor and found the toilet chain broke and a light bulb flashing like a strobe in the bathroom. The room was very nice otherwise. My husband tried to fix the toilet and I went down to the front desk to report the issues.
The clerk offered a room with 2 full size beds or another room with a king and a sofa. I opted for the King bed. He made the cards and took me to the alternate room. In the elevator I brought attention to the illegally parked van in the handicap space right outside the door. I was told the van belongs to a guest that has been there a while and spent over $8000.00 so they allow him to park there. By the time we got back up, my husband managed to fix the toilet but the light was a wash. We went to room 302. It looked clean and no bathroom issues but it stunk to high heavens from cigarette or some other smoke. It reaked. We did discuss this with the clerk. He said "We can"t control what people do in the rooms. I said this is illegal and it should have been cleaned properly and tha customer billed for it. He basically did not give a hoot. We just tried to deal with it. We also noticed the floor was sticky when we walked on it in our sticking and bare feet.
The mattress was AMAZING so comfortable.
No iron in the room. I had to go down in the morning and get one.

Honestly the hotel seemed fine enough (besides weird smells in room and hallways). Seemed like any other 3 star hotel where it wasn’t like horrible but also left a lot to be desired.
Then we woke up in the morning to critters running around on our bodies, the bed bugs. Disgusting. We were too tired the night before when we booked the room, so I immediately went to the reviews to see if this was a thing, and sure enough everyone was talking about the bed bugs. We immediately packed our stuff and get the hell out of there. We spoke to the front desk and they said that no one has ever complained of bed bugs. Bold faced lie bc there’s no way it’s all over the reviews with pictures and no one has ever said anything. Y’all just please don’t go here.

I want to start off by saying the front desk man was as helpful as he could be. We came to Cincinnati since my oldest daughter had appointments at the children’s hospital and booked this hotel because of the amenities they offered to try and make the stay less stressful and give the other kids something to do while we were gone. We checked in on May 13th and got to our rooms to unpack. There was mold in the coffee pots which the front desk man replaced with a coffee pot from another room. We got the kids changed to head to the pool and the front desk man stopped us letting us know it was out of order along with the exercise room. The whole point of booking that hotel was for the pool. I believe he should’ve told us their amenities were closed while we were checking in. I asked about a refund or transfer to another hotel and he informed me that he couldn’t do anything and it would be up to the manager. The manager came in and stated they would work on the pool to see what could be done. As it was late we just went to sleep and hoped the best for the following day. Breakfast the next morning was awful as well. There’s an empty cooler full of mold in the breakfast lounge. The beverages they offered were coffee, orange juice and apple juice. The apple juice was empty and the orange juice expired in February 2024. The front desk man threw it away and informed us they didn’t have anything to replace the drinks and he was sorry. They did have waffles you could make yourself along with Raisin Bran and Cheerios. So much for the hot breakfast as advertised. The whole stay we brought up all concerns with the hotel staff and was informed they would see what they could do. The front desk man on Tuesday afternoon informed us the pool was unable to be fixed, but because of the issues we had they would refund us 30% of our total stay after checking out but that it may take a few days to process on my card. I called two days after checking out due to seeing no refund on my card but instead new charges from the hotel. I called and reached the manager which has terrible customer service. He stated the charges were because the room rates went up after we booked and paid for the rooms the previous month so I was being charged the difference. The whole point in booking the rooms in advance was due to wanting to get the best price. I do not see how they can charge me extra after our stay just because the room rate went up since we prepaid. I asked about the refund and the manager claimed he had no idea what I was talking about. This is where the whole experience went from bad to worse. He told me that if I had an issue with the hotel then I should’ve left and went somewhere else. We tried that but they wouldn’t refund the money so we could go somewhere else and he informed me my money issues were not his concern. He stated I should have left and went somewhere else then disputed the charges with my credit card. We had no money to go anywhere else and disputes can take up to 90 days. He informed me I should get a credit card and that it’s unfortunate my credit sucks and I can’t get one due to my finances even though my credit isn’t bad nor a reason for anything that happened. The phone call ended with him telling me he isn’t refunding me the 30%, telling me to get a lawyer and then hanging up on me.

When I checked in the guy at the counter was more interested in his video call. The room smelled like cigarettes and the a/c was terrible. The TV kept freezing and there is no wake up service. By far the worst hotel I've stayed in

I had a room there Saturday into Sunday May 4th 2024, through May 5th 2024, seven cars if not more were broken into due to hotel not having cameras . They didn’t even have decent courtesy to offer to reimburse, future discount nothing very stingy dingy hotel … I do not recommend at all .
Safety: Not safe I got stole from . And windows busted in my car I even have police report to prove .

Do NOT stay here!
We and 7 others had our vehicles vandalised, windows shattered, vehicles ran sacked. Was asked about tag# at check-in and they didnt even notify us.
Room was filthy had to go get housekeeping to clean inside and exterior door way of room.
