Stopped in for a sympathy basket, and the gentleman who took care of us was great. He added flowers and it was stunning. We will be customers for life. Loved everything. There was no wait. Everyone was friendly and no pressure sales antics.

Please consider not using an answering service, when I call and the person ask the number I called to reach the florist and the shop name, it takes the "local" business aspect away. Wanted to talk to someone directly.

Lutz’s is amazing!!! We were in town for the day to visit family and visit my in-laws grave. We needed flowers for the grave and stopped at Lutz’s 10 minutes before closing. The amazing staff put together an amazing bouquet for us!!! Very awesome staff and prices were great. 5/5 for sure!

I had two very special funeral arrangements in mind and shared my wishes with the staff at Lutz Flowers. I could not have been more happy with the arrangements. I provided the lanterns and asked the designers to add flowers and they both turned out beautiful! Thank you doing such great work. I would highly recommend Lutz Flowers. They have never disappointed!

First time customer! Fast, insanely affordable, LOVE that they offer a more “wildflower arrangement” it was adorable! Definitely will be ordering again!
Side note: they offer the cutest painted rock you can add as a small gift with your flowers-definitely will be adding next time!! So darn cute!

Ordered a funeral arrangement at 8:15am in the morning and the flowers were delivered the same day at 11:06am. I ordered from Lutz after 1-800-flowers canceled my order made on Friday due to flowers not being available and then when asked if I could just have something else delivered in time, they told me it wouldn't be until Tuesday. Lutz has a new loyal customer! Thank you!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery kind of last minute, and they were still able to accept my order. Their prices are very affordable, and the online ordering system was very easy to use. The arrangement was delivered this morning to my mother-in-law, and she absolutely loved them. She sent me photos and the arrangement looked even better than what was advertised. I ordered a glass hummingbird to add with the arrangement, and they perfectly incorporated it into the arrangement instead of leaving it separate. I had a personal note added to the flowers for her, and it looks like they even hand write the notes. I will definitely be a returning customer!
