They only care about their own truck if u come here u need at least 6 to 7 hrs to unload

Avoid this place, check in at 12 pm for unloading, appointment was 2 pm got door 4:30 pm now 8 pm still half trailer done, rude staff, forklift driver left forklift inside the trailer since 30 minutes. Never come again.

I was skeptical cause of all the reviews.. I booked then looked…I got here Friday night at 10:45door by 11:00gone by 11:40…luck or timing..??!!me and the guard shack and a yard jockey on the lot…the 14 skids may play apart also but I was n and out like a robbery… they alright with me but I’ll probably never comeback cause lighting can’t strike twice they say..Safe travel drivers

This place took 11 hours to load me!I arrived at 3pm left at 2am! HAVE A FULL CLOCK IF PICKING UP HERE, or DO **AVOID** TAKING A LOAD HERE! Also no overnight parking, so if you’re already over your 14 hr clock you still have to leave. Also they will give your door away if you don’t keep asking what time it’s your turn to load!

I’ve been since 6:00 AM more than 6 hours and they still haven’t started unloading me without counting the bad treatment of the staff here don’t come because you’re going to lose the whole day this is for two here are 5 more trucks in the same situation

Make sure you have plenty of food. Checked in at 12:45pm and checked out at 10:37pm. I’ll deadhead 500 miles before I pickup at this place again.

Horrible place, I spend almost 6 hours waiting to get loaded and I left without load. According to shipping and receiving manager they have mechanical problem with the elevator and can’t pull part of my load from the basement. I already missed my appointment in Kroger DS Delaware OH and I have to leave without load. I don’t want to hear about Kroger manufacturing or DC. Avoid this place at any cost.

Waited 7hrs in a parking lot before I got a door. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time waiting.
