Seriously to close down completely for lunch is very inconvenient if you’re a customer that works traditional hours also you use subpar generic brands even when a customer tells you the medication is subpar and it has actually been tested out privately by a dr several rounds over…..I used to rely on Kroger for everything grocery or pharmacy related but anymore I use Meijer pharmacy because they listen and act upon a patient saying this medication isn’t working right here’s the lab reports that prove it actually got me the brand I needed DO BETTER

Pharmacist Allison went above and beyond today. She helped fix a billing issue and saved me over $100. She is a God send. Thank you Allison.

Their prices, especially for my prescriptions not covered under my insurance beat all the pharmacies I checked with. They are so friendly and helpful. The Pharmacist always takes time to answer questions and keep me informed on drug interactions and or money saving suggestions!

No matter when you go to Cherry Grove Kroger's they either don't have what you need or what is advertised. Also you better check your receipt because you got screwed everytime you go. Everytime there's always a mistake in there favor or it doesn't take off the sale price or coupons. They use to give you the item free when it was their mistake, but they stopped that because they made so many mistakes and knew they do so screw the customer. I have been going to other stores and buy less and less at Krogers. They spent thousands on the out side of the building just a raise there prices and screw you. Just went today and had to go back and get the $2.50 they made a mistake on as usual it never fails. SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT if you go to Kroger's.

This pharmacy is the worse. Unfriendly and slow staff. They need to stagger their lunches instead of closing from 1 to 130. Shouldn’t be surprised as the store is terrible!

Worst kroger store ive ever been to! The employees are great but the management there treat them like crap and will be outright rude to the employees right in front of customers. It makes everyone there seem like they hate there life and i dont blame them. This store would be fine if they had better leadership

Staff is friendly but so slow. They never have enough employees and both the drive through line and in store line is backed out to the doors. Indoor wait is always 25 min where drive through is 45 min. On top of that my meds aren’t filled correctly or on the same schedule so I have to come in constantly and stand in this never ending abyss of a line. Kroger hire more staff!!!

I’ve only been using them for ALMOST a year and have multiple issues with them. Most of the time they don’t have my medicine in stock and then I’m days without it. A lot of times I deal with rude personnel. Today was it. I’m switching pharmacies. The lady on the phone left me on hold for 10 minutes and then proceeded to interrupt me several times when trying to ask a question and was down right nasty

Wow. While I have never been inside this location, I had a way over the top impressive Clicklist experience here, which is worth telling everyone about! Since the start of the pandemic I have needed to be cautious, so I try to stick to grocery pickup as much as I can. The Krogers closest to my house have been an absolute disaster at this, so much so that I have stopped giving them my business. I try to purchase from other stores or if I know I am going to be in another part of town, I place an order at a Kroger there instead. I dont know why I hadn't tried this location sooner, as its not that far away, and I go to Target next door often. I placed the order online and everything went smoothly. My only out of stock item was a newer one that is a great immunity juice. I arrived to find very little signage on the front side of the building as to where to go for Clicklist. I finally saw that you need to go around the left side of the building to all the way behind it for pickup. I checked in upon arrival and a sweet lady named Mary came right out. She actually asked if I wanted the groceries in the bins in my trunk, which I did (shockingly this never happens). She loaded everything with care. She then mentioned the out of stock item and how interesting it sounded. I told her about it and she said her brother was the manager of that department so she would ask him about it. The very next day she called me to let me know they had gotten 4 bottles in, as it was a new item for them, and that they still had pickup openings for that day. I could not have been more impressed with her high level of service. I think this will be my new pickup go to! Great job!

We have had numerous issues with this pharmacy over the last three years. And today was the last straw. last year we had an issue with them refusing to fill my daughter's prescription because the guy at the register couldn't see the numbers on the back of the card... then earlier this year I had to hand the card to the person at the desk and tell them where to look on the card to see the numbers when they again tried to convince me it was the wrong card. And today, oh today I am beyond livid. I am in my last few weeks of pregnancy and they said that my insurance doesn't cover the medicine my doctor said I need to start taking for the next few weeks. That's fine, it's iron, I ask them if they can at least show me or tell me where to find the iron... you know, give me the instruction information on how much to take since it was supposed to be the stuff they prescribed. lady just tells me to pick one and buy it. well... I at least need to know how much and how often. They were completely useless. I had to actually call the doctor and waste their time and tie up their phone line to get the prescription information and the dosage. We are officially switching pharms.

Terrible service. Employee refused to even run our insurance numbers until our insurance company called him. Even though being in the wrong and wasting an hour of our time he was still very rude and unapologetic. Not the 1st time we have had issues with that employee but it will be the last time we come to Cherry Grove Pharmacy.
