I was in the middle of a transaction and the clerk, Mavi, son of the owners STOPPED waiting on me to wait on a car in the drive-thru. I asked him why he left attending to a transaction in progress as I had patiently awaited my turn to be checked out. Mavi's response was, "I do it to keep the flow going!" My response was, " you don't stop waiting on a customer once the transaction is in progress to assist.anotjer customer keeping the first customer waiting additional time! It's going to take the exact amount of time for the clerk to wait on all customers but HE FORCED THE ORIGINAL CUSTOMER, ME, TO WAIT LONGER , While he checked out another customer, BECAUSE HE STOPPED In the middle of my transaction! I'm posting this because this isn't the first time this has happened in this store. They're too CHEAP to hire enough clerks to tend to the customers because it cuts into their profits! He then told me that he didn't need business from customers who complained. I told him I wouldn't shop in his store again because all customers should be treated with respect and not just his friends. MAVI YOU DO NOT STOP WAITING ON ONE CUSTOMER, WHO HAS WAITED THEIR TURN TO GO WAIT ON ANOTHER PERSON THEREBY CAUSING THE FIRST CUSTOMER TO WAIT EVEN LONGER TO BE CHECKED OUT, IT'S RUDE, DISCOURTEOUSTEOUS AND JUST BAD BUSINESS! YOU COULD USE A LESSON IN VOCATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have left this review in the hope that Mavi is shamed into adulthood and is forced to learn a lesson in humility!
