BE CAREFUL. ON THE PS5 CONTROLLERS YOU BUY AND DUALSENSE THEY DONT CHECK FOR DRIFT MY RENTING COMPANY CAME TO GET ONE AND IT WAS DRIFTING BEYOND GAMES THEN I BOUGHT PS4 CONTROLLER THEY HAD TO REPLACE IT TWICE BEFORE I GOT A GOOD ONE ITS RIDICULOUS CHECK YOUR PRE-OWNED STUFF MORE OR HIRE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN ELECTRONICS I WOULDNT SELL A CONTROLLER IF IT WAS DRIFTING AT ALL ND IM NOT TALKING A FIVE SECOND MOVE THE CONTROLLER STICKS I MEAN 10 MINUTES MAKE SURE THAT QUALITY IS PRE-OWNED INSTEAD OF BROKEN

I came in to exchange some controllers that I had a warranty on. I did not have a receipt but the staff did an amazing job helping me and went above and beyond to help me out. They were all so sweet and made the experience easy.

Avoid arrogant jerks and poor customer service and go to the Norwood location - its worth the extra drive.Went in to trade in my two Nintendo Switches to upgrade to an OLED model. I overlooked how dusty the docks were from being unused (because they're freaking Switches) and the employees tried to insist that it wasn't even worth testing and would be a full refurbish because the FANLESS docks had surface dust from sitting unused. Then proceeded to accuse me of trying to "pull one over on them" when I said I could just clean them off and take them to another location for full instore credit.Lo-and-behold I took my consoles to the Norwood location (this time dusted) and they inspected and tested my equipment like normal procedure and I left with my OLED console - NO HASSLE.

Location is great I've bought alot of things here and never had any big issues but the old lady there is VERY pushy with warranties, accessories, etc. I'll start taking the extra time to head to the anderson location.
