Worst drive thru pharmacy ever for covid testing. My son had appointment scheduled 4 days in advance for today at 10:40 am we arrive 10 mins early to the drive thru where there was no line at all. Pull up to window the pharmacist tells me the test was canceled because they had Noone to hand us the zip block bag for my SON TO ADMINISTER THE TEST ON HIMSELF! He can't go back to school until he gets tested. The lady was very rude and didn't seem to care at all that they had inconvenienced myself and my son.

They have horrible customer service!! The store is locked down like Fort Knox. Unpleasant cashier reminding customers that they had been there for a while and the store would close.. or to hurry up and get out of the store. Management is no better- ignoring customers while talking on personal calls. It's a better cvs just a block or so up.. go there- don't go here!

Was told by cvs website and when I called in that they do walk in vaccinations and when i get there i was given different answers on why they couldn't do my vaccinations. The attitude of the pharmacist are so rude like you asking questions is a crime..how about you do your job and show up with less of a attitude

I've been waiting in the drive thru line for my meds for a little over an hour. Takes each car a little over 30 minutes plus the time at the window .. I've watched 3 cars pull off now .. unfortunately for me I can't walk so I have no other option but to wait in this ridiculous line .. hopefully I don't run out of gas in the line. By time I wrote this I was the next car to be at the window and still sat an additional 30 minutes before I even got my meds.

The workers are usually pretty friendly. But I Was told a prescription is ready. I get here and they tell me it’s not ready to come back in a hour. It happened two days in a row. Now I’m stuck in a huge line that I have been sitting in for 45 minutes to get my husbands medication that he is out of because they didn’t have it ready yesterday when they said it was ready. It’s very frustrating! You need more workers to help out! It’s sad because the workers are trying but they don’t have enough help! Fix it cvs before you lose all your costumers!

It was a beautiful Sunday in April 2021. I had an errand up on Colerain Avenue. On the way back home I stopped at #cvs. I had a digital 40 percent off coupon and $5 in #extracare bucks to use or lose it. I needed a bottle of chewable antacids to have around the house and beyond that I was just going to look around. This is an older medium size store. There was one employee inside working the the checkout counter this afternoon and a constant flow of customers coming and going. I found the #cvs brand antacid easy enough then while looking in the food, drink & candy aisles I made a simple decision to buy the 4.25 ounce #hershey brand dark chocolate bars. The #dollargeneral store just up the street has more of our basic food staples & snack items than this #cvs store. I did see a good variety of seasonal items including beach towels, water toys, sand buckets and shovels and more near the front of the store. The employee at the checkout counter was friendly and efficient. This store does not have the new #selfcheckout stations installed. It is clean and organized with the shelves well stocked. It's fairly easy to find the section and aisle for what you need upon entering. Until next time be kind to each other. #cvs @yelpcincy #pharmacy

This is by far the rudest pharmacy in this world !!! My prescription was supposed to be ready 2 days ago I called today to see what happened with that and the pharmacist that answered the phone was so rude !!! I switched my pharmacy INSTANTLY! I will not be back to this pharmacy. He laughed at me and told me they busy that’s why my prescription isn’t ready like I really didn’t find anything funny because I actually need my medication and I called to refill 2 days ago I gave them more than enough time to prepare my medicine. They should be shut down they are very unorganized and not prepared what so ever.
