My delivery was supposed to be on Thursday. I arrived Wednesday they unloaded me. Go to the door on the back side of the building That's marked roll stock slide your tandems put your paperwork in the back and wait for them to unload, I got here a day early and they took my load! Five stars guys! Thank you very much!

Appointment times aren't existent for delivery, no bathroom, no check in, just slide your tandems to the back, put your paperwork in the trailer and back into the first open dock, the rest are for the yard dog. No overnight parking

Cancel your next load if you’re delivering roll stock paper. 8 hrs and there was no truck here when I got here at 1:40pm for my 2pm appt. And no trucks showed uo after me but still took him 8 hours. They don’t give a shiii

My scheduled appointment was at 1:00 PM, and it has been over an hour since my arrival. There are currently five trucks ahead of me, and none of them have been unloaded yet. This indicates a lack of organization and efficiency in the company's operations.

Don’t EVER work for this company. Most misguided company I’ve ever worked for. The plant manager JASON ALLEN is a COMPLETELY disrespectful condescending know it all who literally knows nothing about glue manufacturing nor does he lead by example. He runs into things on the forklift, doesn’t always wear proper ppe, horrible rapport with everyone who’s spoke to me about him. This plant Doesn’t have the proper ppe, no type of organization of any materials, building wasn’t outfitted for adhesive manufacturing, employees are standing IN THE MIDDLE OF SPILLS that are a few hundred pounds and the ONLY tools used to get the glue up is 5 GALLON BUCKETS, DUST PANS, and a TINY SHOVEL used for planting flowers. No locks on the entrance so literally ANYBODY can walk in. Nowhere near enough drains, no exhaust fans, no chemical sleeves for corrosive materials. When materials such as ppe or knives run out they literally have to drive to LOWES to get more smh. Everything about this place is wrong!

This was my 1st time delivering roll stock here, got here for a 7 am unload appt & I arrived at 6:30 am & was leaving the facility at 6:45 am, it’s super easy, only 1 door for unloading, it’s pretty self explanatory, just slide the tandems to the rear & put paperwork in back of trailer wait for the green light to leave, don’t forget to grab the rubber mats in the trailer & throw them away in the dumpster provided. The forklift driver is probably the nicest dude in receiving I have ever dealt with in my 15 OTR career. I will DEFINITELY be back again solely based on his attitude.

I had an aipment at 9.00, when I arrived at the front line there were two tracks. That means it takes a very long time to unload.

The place is terrible for unloading, there is only one dock, I arrived by apoitment, but they said that there was a waiting list. Only two trucks fit on the territory, the rest were able to park.
