This company drilled holes in my house because a tenant told them they could. I’m the homeowner and this company allowed a tenant to ok them damaging my home without my approval. When I called them to see why they would do this without owner consent they said that’s not their job. I will be getting a lawyer involved.

Went to the Kenwood store after being notified our old equipment needed to be replaced and upgraded. Drew Steele is the employee we were lucky enough to interact with. Drew was knowledgeable, courteous, and without prompting reviewed our account and applied some promotions which significantly decreased our monthly payment. I was so impressed I tried to tip him…which he immediately refused.
This was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had. And I’m old!

Wade is an outstanding rep that works out the Kenwood location he has been the main reason for me to switch from Spectrum to Altafiber . Going forward if Wade is your representative for Altafiber you are definitely in good hands Thanks Wade for you outstanding commitment.

The employee was quite friendly and respectful. He said he was sad to see me change service to Spectrum. But I just couldn't continue to pay over 90.00$ a month for Internet service.

Ugh. Too long of a wait just to drop off a wifi box they threatened to charge me over that they don't even make anymore. Didn't wanna lower my bill until I told them I went with Spectrum for almost 80% less. They charge entirely too much.

Everyone was very friendly. I decided i wanted to get a Home phone so i went to Cinti.Bell and and ordered wifi and internet and looked at the phone display. I liked one of the phones but was told " they have phone displays" but they no longer sell phones. GOOD TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME!

Had tried to make bill payment by phone. Spent 45min with customer service and they couldn’t get it done. Made a call to Kenwood store. Andrew answered the phone and took care of me in 5 min. Quick & friendly customer service is hard to find these days. Thx agan from WW.
