Worst place to work as a maintenance technician!! This maintenance shop doesn't even have a meter to use and you are working with 480, bring it up and you are the bad guy. Poorest Maintenance manager I have ever worked for, will not buy tools his guy's need to do their jobs. Rats and cockroachs are the normal. Rats running thru clean cloth napkins you and yours are going to wipe your face with at a decent restaurant. Totally disgusting operation, mgt should be held responsible!!!!

Truly cannot even decide where to begin. When you read the bad reviews here, please take them seriously & DO NOT be fooled into a contract.My small businesses worked with Aramark for YEARS while they continued to not hold up their end of the contract. Not bringing us correct supplies & expecting us to pay for supplies we weren’t given.I can’t remember ever writing a bad review before, but hope I can prevent someone else from dealing with the headache that is navigating an ongoing (and going and going) inaccurate invoice with Aramark. I really hope this company will take a look at things going on within & actually start to help their customers. Luckily, I won’t be one of them anymore.

Aramark never ceases to disappoint. I have been exposed to this lackluster organization many times over the years, and when I am forced to deal with this company. As a manager of a service department(s) I immediately begin to shop for other vendors, because I know they will fail as they have today.

They hate Latinos. I have had an application for a year and it is right down the street from where I live. I went because I saw the sign that said apply here and the colored lady treated me very badly and didn't want to help me, not even being kind enough to open the door to enter the offices

Decent company but working for wise is a completely different issue. You have to literally work outside in the elements. Pay is not enough. The job actually is a union job. Your really working to pay for the union dues and to pay for your doctor's bills from getting sick all the time.

If there were 100 zeros, they would get 100 zeros. This company is a scam. They never delivered 1 thing they said they would. I watched an employee come into my store with 2 roles of toilet paper in his hand. Went into our bathroom - looked for 1 second at the empty toilet paper and air freshener that needed batteries, and walked past me (he didn't know I was the owner watching him) and handed my employee an invoice. This wasn't the first time, which is why I waited to catch him red handed. I wish I video taped it.I immediately called to cancel service. They tried to sell me something more. I said - do not ever come back here. You are literally STEALING my money. What did they do ? They sent the same guy back again. We caught him and threw him out.What did they do next? They sent my account to collection for "breach of contract" I said "I don't have a contract". They said "Everyone has a contract". I said, "Oh yeah, send me a copy of mine". Did I ever receive one? NO.What did they do next? An extremely rude collection man, continues to call my store, which is a WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS EMPLOYING YOUNG WOMEN (many this is their first job)- AND HE HARASSES US EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!!!!!!!! I'm very serious - every day! We hang up on him!They still have not sent me a copy of the contract they say we signed. We of course, never signed one, which is why they don't send one.Honestly, I have several businesses and been in business collectively for 20 years and have never encountered a more corrupt organization than this. If this persists, I will press charges against this company for stealing my money and harassing a WOMEN OWNED BUSINESS.

I worked here, it wasn't bad just not my type of work. I need something that will keep my mind off of life and hanging clothes isn't exactly the most difficult thing to do. I was constantly thinking, when I just wanted a job that would take my mind off of stuff and keep it busy. Also they are big on favorites and allowing their senior employees to treat anybody any type of way

I've had issues with this company from the start. Missing uniforms, being charged for more than the contract, wrinkled shirts, bad management. pay extra and use a good uniformcompany.Here we go again. 10-24-22. More wrinkled shirts with the collars a mess. Brought me two new pants ( not my size so cant wear them ) and one new shirt instead of patching a rip. That cant be a good business practice. And Today 10-31-22 the fill in driver never came before we closed, so we will all wear dirty uniforms tomorrow and I'll have to have the rest laundered.

Very poor service. Not dependable.They do not show up as scheduled and do not bring the items that are contracted. Invoices are never correct and management does nothing about it. Aramark-cares does not do anything.

The service team was very nice and I signed up on the spot for mats for my practice as Cintas started to overcharge me. I was told I would have the mats within 2 weeks which came and went. When I emailed Dustin, he informed me that Aramark needed more information even though they had my credit card on file. I guess a credit score of 800 is not good enough for them. I do not understand that at all when you only need a credit score of 650 or higher to obtain a home mortgage. Between Aramark and Cintas, I am not sure who is left to use.
