Recently bought new tires called store they had tires next day and installed and did alignment they were a little off time with the appointment but did ok

Didn't cost me a thing. They found no problems with my truck, I couldn't find any either. If and when I find the problem I think I have, I will return to this store to have it fixed. Unless I die in a fiery ball of bent metal because they didn't find anything. For clarification, it was my front-end suspension and a "grinding" noise.

I was traveling with my family and a tire on my van went flat due to a large screw puncturing it. This store and employees were wonderful with getting the van in quickly and repairing it completely and quickly. We were able to relax in their waiting area while it was being fixed. Then we were back on the road to enjoy the rest of our trip.

I called this evening because I had a tire with a slow leak. They were able to help me, and they started working on the tire as soon as I got there. Great experience today! ?

I'm mostly satisfied with my experience. I knew I was due for a set of new tires and had been putting it off. Unfortunately a tire blew and it became time sooner than I planned. I was disappointed that there was not a set of tires in the shop for my car. They had 3 of one kind - that was it. No choices, really. The did, however, transfer in a fourth tire from a nearby shop same day. BUT - this new set of tires was verry different than what had been on previously (these seem standard tires, what I had before were low profile) I'm not sure how this will play out in the winter when I'm dealing with snow and less clearance due to tire size. I'm also not sure how it will affect my odometer and speedometer as the circumference is different. A part was broken while doing some repairs and the shop covered the cost of that - I really appreciated that and the staff was very courteous, so no complaints there.

What a joke, almost 3 hours to get tires rotated and balanced. Only 1 other car in the shop. I usually shop local but I've had trouble keeping these tires balanced so I thought I'd try the big name company. What a mistake. Not to mention the price to plug a tire ?
Disappointed to put it as nicely as possible.

This Tire Discounters in Chillicothe is the best one I have ever been to. Beyond helpful staff and work done with care. They know their stuff. The sales manager Rebecca was so helpful with helping me finance tires it was done quick and then I got my tires. Definitely check this place out if you need tires. They do a lot more as well I just found out today.

***51024 update: Never got back in touch like they auto replied below but my insurance gave me my money they were still fighting WCH TD*** My vehicle caught on fire after their work. They took parts off that didn't need to be removed and now I am out over $1k. July 30th, 2023 930am, 2hr appt to change the oil pan of a 2019 Subaru Acscent turned into an all day event, finally got back my keys at 430pm!!! TD in Washington Court House made had initially done the damage. If you go to WCH TD for reviews, you can see what lead up to this point. They had no idea what they were doing. I was told, "If you hear rattling, that's normal. The engine is settling." (No, that's not normal, that is missing parts and things not being connected.) I took pictures of some of the missing plastic screws before I left the lot. I made it back to WCH and parked. The oil pan was not properly sealed, dripped and puddled into the skid plate. The next morning... with my little one in the car... we drove 3 miles and smelled burning oil. Turned into Walmart, turned the car off, and it was still burning, called the Fire Dept. They sprayed it down. Got it towed. Btw on a Sunday there are no car rental places open, except at the airport and it will cost an arm and a leg. That was July 31st... through an insurance arson investigation they are going to fix it. It's Sept 9th and Subaru is still working on it, trying to get parts, and I'm still in a rental.
