Had my car for 4 hours, charged me $200, and did not find my issue. Also they washed my car and made half of the paint on the bumper chip off.

So I found a truck low miles with what looked like in great shape I made contact with sales person Rhett Butler. I made inquiries on the truck and wanted to take a look which I was then informed that it was currently going through their 26 point inspection so plans were made to visit the auto mall when it was done . I drove 2 hours up to look at the truck which seemed to be in great shape besides a little rust on the body which I was informed of also I was informed all fluids and everything had been inspected changed and repairs done that might have been needed during this meeting I was very adamant that as long as there was no rust or damage to the frame I was not worried about a little on the body the truck only had 68,000 miles on it I was told multiple times that the frame was in great shape and had no problems . Fast forward ahead going on 3 months since initial purchase I am driving home from work at 55mph and out of nowhere the transmission just stops engaging so I am coasting at 55 with no engagement I have it towed to my home then towed to the shop where I am informed that there is frame damage that seems to have been covered up and the shop would not even put the truck on a lift so I pull the trans pan whitch had broken and stripped out pan bolts the pan was almost rusted through they had not checked or replaced the fluid or filters the abs sensors were rotted so bad they crumbled while replacing them I am receiving no codes about why transmission is not engaging. I reached out to nourse by phone when I got someone on the phone I explained the transmission had went out on me and there in fact was frame damage that they did not make me aware of I was transferred to the voicemail of whoever takes care of this matter that was two weeks ago I left a message and asked to be contacted back also makes almost 1 month that I am paying payments and full coverage insurance on a truck I cannot even drive it has cost me income because as I explained to them at purchase I needed a reliable work truck . At first I thought this was a great friendly honest dealer trying to help me out . But turns out they just want to take your money and who cares if they fraudulently sold a vehicle with frame damage . I would not recommend purchasing from this car lot as I am in the process of coming up with the funds to force them to deal with this fraudulent sale . Do yourself a favor and buy single owner vehicle at least then you are not in the mindset that you won’t have any issues that will leave you stranded and broke . Not even 4 months or 4,000 miles and I now have a paperweight with frame damage and a hi cost to replace a transmission . So needless to say I am not a happy customer don’t let them get over on you as well. Got in contact with the so called manager Tyler he was supposed to call me back to figure it out never did never buy any automobile from these hacks

DO NOT USE FOR FORD SERVICE. Took my truck in and notified service manager Matt of the issues. They threw parts and labor at it only for the issue to return less than a month later. Took it back and talked with Matt and he confirmed the same exact issue. They then leave it sit in the lot and never notified me of any status. I go in person and Matt says “your truck needs new batteries “. I said yes because you left it sit in the lot for the issue I brought it in for. We then begin arguing and of course he admits to nothing. Batteries were less than 2 years old. I purchased 2 batteries and 2 months go by without an update. I call and leave a message and no one calls back. Call again the next day and get ahold of someone. All they say is yes we’ve been testing it. Go and pay for it now the horn doesn’t work and it still has the same issues. How have they been in business so long treating people this way?

Bought a car started having immediate issues. They could careless. 8000$ less then 30 days and their responce is "we will try and help you out"...one guy said we would have a warranty the other says it's not an option for this car. I will never consider their business again. Oh and it's on me to run diagnostics...zero concern for the people they sell cars too.

They don’t respond to any inquiries after you buy a car. Customer service is terrible. As of this review 59 complaints in the last 4 years and 1/5 stars via the BBB.

I think it's telling that Nourse Chillicothe Automall's "Owner" Account appears to only reply to positive reviews (below). Comically, while reviewing those below, I noticed that some of the once-positive reviews had since been updated to 1-star. We feel the same. Our sales guy (Dante) at their Ford branch was very pleasant to deal with...a few minor slip-ups, but it's all about what you do when they happen and I truly feel he did his best to make right anything that wasn't.
Unfortunately, that's were the positive review stops. Their entire Nourse Ford team (especially the Sales Manager, but also the Customer Service Manager, and--apparently--General Manager) appears to be comfortable ignoring customers post-sale, even after making promises specific promises. When asked for the GM's email so that we could tell him about our issue and give him the chance to resolve it, we were actually told by his receptionist that she didn't know his email, hadn't seen him in a while, and wasn't sure when he'd be back.
They owe us a key for our Bronco...just 1 working key. Every time we follow up we're told a customer service representative will call us back to take care of it. 20+ follow-ups by us via call, text, email, voicemail, etc. and--nearly 4-months later--still no key & no response.
I'd suggest supporting a more service-minded business, but if you plan to purchase from Nourse Chillicothe Automall:
- Ensure that all promises by Nourse are executed upon on BEFORE you take delivery of your vehicle.
- (Not related to our issue, but something we quickly noticed) Shop out their financing. You should do this before finalizing your deal, but remember that you usually (*read your terms*) have the right to get alternative financing even if you just took a not-so-good rate from Nourse to close a purchase. Most banks and credit unions will still consider it a "new" loan, not a "refinance" as long as you apply within a few days of purchasing the vehicle, it usually won't count as an additional credit pull, and--as an added bonus--it will probably irritate Nourse's supporting lenders if they see that they are running paperwork only to earn nothing in interest because the Nourse's sales/finance team is getting too fat in their financing rate mark-ups.
- Read other reviews above/below to know what you're dealing with (especially the negative ones). All reviews (positive and negative) should be read with a grain of salt, but remember that almost everybody is 5-star excited on the day they're driving home their brand new car. It's post-sale support and hidden gremlins that matters more than anything.
I hope someone somewhere in the Nourse chain of command feels that our experience isn't acceptable and actually follows up with us, but--at the moment--all indications are that this a deep-seeded cultural issue that no one has interest in resolving. I hope someone proves me wrong, but I'm not holding my breath (if I did; I would've suffocated while awaiting reasonable response or resolution over 3 months ago). Oh well.

Absolutely the worst dealership. Sold me a 2022 Santa Cruz transmission issues and I’ve driven less then 150 miles. We asked for a car fax when buying they said we have one but since we are closed don’t have access to it. Once we ran the car fax it was shown not a single oil change in 31k miles. So the original guy doing our sales paperwork said we had 21 days if we happened to change our minds. This was a LIE you best record all your conversations or they will stick you with a paperweight. Don’t waste your money time or energy.

Recently have talked to two separate sales people through email and either been ignored, or lied to. This last time I was told they would have a vehicle in through email, we emailed back and for a couple times, I was interested in the car, the salesman Bill Hayes told me it should be in Monday. Monday comes around and the car is off their website, and absolutely nothing since. If the car sold some how or they decided not to sell it fine, but an email to say so instead of ignoring people would be more professional. At this point Im more inclined to just hitchhike to Columbus or Cincinnati to find a car, better than being lied to and or ignored.

Come to find out the collision service manger jason. Never ordered the part. 7 months my roof was leaking. Finally april 2nd of 2024 it was finally fixed i would not service my car there again.
