I have been at Knisley Pharmacy or used them to fill my meds for probably 20 years now. They are absolutely the best Pharmacy in town. If you go to the doctor time you get to Knisleys they are already filled. All the staff are very nice and go out of there way to help you. I have one med that I have to get from CVS and I hate it because of the service as far as they tell you to come back in a hour then you go back and they told me I would have to come back the next day because they were too busy to get it filled. They definitely need more staff to operate. But Knisleys is the best and so are there employees including Matt John Debbie and Julie. So for the person that called the one a old hag you might want to take a look at yourself because there are no old hags there. They are very polite and helpful.

The older gal with the long grey hair is a complete hag. They filled meds for my dog that were called in from the vet’s office, and I happened to notice one of the medications was a hyperthyroid medication for cats and informed her I don’t want it, that it’s a mistake. She acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. $30 for a med that was clearly wrong. She gave me a hard time to even refund me when I hadn’t even drove away from the window yet before I noticed the error. She told me they would never mix meds for me again unless I confirm it. I am not the one who called it in, so how is it my fault? And maybe they should have noticed that it was a strange medication for the patient to be on in the first place (feline vs canine) since she acted so superior. Either way will be going somewhere else. No wonder I never seen any cars here.

I gave one star so I could write this review. They should go out of business. A medication I've been on for 7 years and my pharmacy is out of them, they were recommended, the old pharmacist refused my prescription, he said I didn't need it. I was a new customer!!! I hope they go out of business. He disrespected me laughing because my pharmacy was out of my medication.
