I just picked up what used to be my trash can of a car (it was literally that bad) and Express Shine made it look like it just rolled off the sales floor!! I can't thank you enough for getting all the dog hair, stains, and stinkiness out of my car! 5*!s for sure, would absolutely recommend!!

Today was my 10th visit so I received a discount. Opened door & my mats had not been washed, dash not touched, bird droppings on windows, black on my front seat, all doors filthy, coffee on side of car, carpet barely vacuumed, lots of visiable dirt everywhere. Worse job ever. Tried to talk to manager & he was rude saying what I wanted done was a $40 job. I always get the $20-22 job & it had been included in past. Bad management & very poor workers!

This has been my go to car wash for years. I am finished with them today I paid $19 for inside and out. When it was suppose to be finished I asked the guy aren't you going to do my windows and tires and dash? He said oh sure I will do those. On my drive home the windshield was so smeared inside and the outside still had water runs so bad I couldn't see to drive. The side windows were bad also. This is ridiculous. A lady came back with her vehicle while we were there because hers was do bad and they were mad because she brought it back. Evidently the people working there don't care but they have lost my business!!!!

I've been there twice and the same issues occur: failure to give me a ticket for the services performed and overall aloofness. The only reason the ticket deal is an issue is because once services are done they ask you for it. Once, it may be a misunderstanding. Twice, you don't care; that's unfortunate.
