Wanted my F-150 undercoated with Fluid Film rust proofing. Was quoted $200 over the phone which I agreed to. After it was done, he charged me $220 plus tax. I paid it without saying anything. Ran an errand down the street and noticed after looking at it that they did not spray my rocker panels which were pretty rusty already. Thats the main reason I had it done in the first place. Went back and told them. I was told that I needed to request that. I then pulled around and he shoddily sprayed my rockers. Came home and saw the frame was not sprayed under the front hood either. I bought a couple of cans and finished the job myself. DISHONEST AND POOR WORK MAN SHIP!

Had a Bull Bar added to my 2023 Ford Bronco today. I live 45 minutes away from this company but went because I was referred. The Bull Bar looks great.. but the work was incomplete! They left my lights UNPLUGGED. Drove around for the entire rest of the the day without lights and ended up getting pulled over for not having my lights on! I had to go back to Ford to get them plugged back in! When I spoke with FastLane they had nothing to say besides I should have drove it back to them.. I HAD NO LIGHTS, everything should have been FINISHED when I left the shop. Very upsetting.

I purchased a bed cover for my Tundra, but ran into problems installing it myself. Fastlane installed it in less than an hour. Fantastic and kind customer service. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for the all around best service in town, then look no further! Yes this place looks a little outdated from the outside but dont let that fool you. This place is going to knock those socks your grandma bought you for Christmas right off! Are you into shiny chrome accessories? Then you're in for a treat they have all the razzle to make you dazzled. Are you looking to be louder than your girlfriend after a night out out drinking? Then they have the exhaust you're looking for. Want to lift your truck cause fat chick's can't jump? Well they got you homeboi.. or girl. Hey whatever youre into, Either way they got you! Anyway I think you get the point. This place can handle any thing. Trust me when I say it I'll be returning!

This install happened about five weeks ago. First off, the manager was late opening the store. I had a 10 am appointment but he was 15-20 minutes late. I will agree with one of the reviews, the place is unkempt, kind of s*** show. Who knows if the carpet has ever been vacuumed. The displays are dusty, the place is dark and dank. The whole space is dirty. Generally, I will walk out of a business like this since I believe if the store is a mess, the work will be the same. ie: they really just don't care. However I drove about an hour to get the hitch installed, so I stayed. And after two phone calls, they assured me the work is first-rate, and they would be fastidious with my vehicle, as I am fussy about my cars. The work was done quickly but upon inspection, I noticed the installer seemed to hack the hole needed for the hitch and it looked like I did the work myself. To the installer, it might be "just a hitch" but to me, the bumper is now an eyesore and shows me you really didn't care about my car. Please, just make the hole symmetrical, is that so hard? Now a point some folks don't care about. The Governor's mandate requires all businesses to use and require face coverings, provide hand sanitizer, safe spacing for employees and customers. No one at Fastlane wore a face covering, no customers wore face coverings and it was not enforced, and seating was such that we were two feet apart. I started to pack my bag after another customer got in my space, and then my car was ready. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I have called all the stores more than once bc I wished to speak to the owner about my experience and because I did not feel safe being in his business. He was never available, "haven't seen him" etc... I left a couple of messages but he never returned my call, which is the reason I'm writing on Yelp. I cannot recommend the business and yes I was a real customer.
