My wife's mother had passed away, and we needed to empty out her house. Probably not your usual move, but we needed everything picked up and dropped off at three different places. They got there at the time they said they would. We walked through the house and determined where everything was going. They carefully loaded everything per the stop it was going to. Everything got loaded and delivered a lot quicker than I thought it would. We couldn't have been more satisfied.

These guys helped me move last November. It was a lot of work. The did an excellent job for a fair price. These guys are true gentlemen who are always respectful and professional. I highly recommend their service.

Broke over $4K in big TVs, items never arrived, interior walls damaged, 1 tv never came, items damaged, furniture scratched, brass headboard broken, 1 serving cart never came, 1 oak mirror never came, etc. then ghosted me for months. Finally got a small $1K check. Do not use this company for a move.

We had a wonderful experience with them when we moved from Pomeroy, Ohio to Huntington, WV. However, we recommended them recently to friends merely moving all their possessions from a storage facility to their new home. The company stalled them, mislead them, had them living in a bare home for weeks. Finally on the day they gave them for delivery they said they hadn't gotten them on the schedule.... The family still doesn't have their things to their new home....

I used Chesapeake Transfer twice. They moved my wife's house and my home when we moved in together and did a great job. I used them again to move an item that was heavy and awkward. They moved it quickly and efficiently. I would and will use them again

I used Mark and the team to move me and my mother yesterday from Chesapeake, OH to Dayton, OH. They where all friendly and very efficient with our move. Over all I was pleased with Mark and the team and would recommend them to a friend if one needed a reliable moving company.

Called to have the help us move after hearing good things, spoke with someone who I believe was the owner. Said to call back the next day since it was after hours so I did, said he was in a meeting and would call back never called back. Called again the next day no answer left a voicemail and no return call, guess they don't need the business enough, not impressed.

Mark is very nice and easy to work with. Delivered and set up furniture faster than expected. They also dropped off items to a storage unit for me. Highly recommend for any and all moving needs!
