This is the best place for fast efficient and courteous service. Cindy helped me plan and choose dining room upholstery material to coordinate with my great room and and even made table runner and mats to pull it all together. The dining chairs are beautiful- expertly upholstered. Draperies are in the future plans. Thank you Worthington!

If you have woodwork to be painted & detailed, go ANY where other than Worthington Fabrics. She always takes twice as long to finish as promised. Called her 3 weeks in a row to find out cost & when would the piece be done. She got mad at me & stopped work. The piece I got back went from a treasured kitchen table to one I keep covered with a tablecloth because it looks so bad. The mom threaten to sue me if I posted anything that was negative. This is my opinion of their work. I hope to save someone else this level of disappointment

Worthington had our furniture for over a year. Much damage from heavy crown staples, unauthorized wood color change to try and hide their mistakes. Mold, cockroach eggs, filth and unfinished work. We refused to pay the balance for unfinished work and they refused to repair it, taking us to court. They showed up with a local attorney and produced nothing except a unpaid balance and blamed the damage on the manufacturer of a 27 year old sofa. We had no attorney nor did the young woman ahead of us but the local magistrate who had 3 projects pending with Worthington threw out our compelling evidence that is pictured and we still have not received our overdue Satisfaction of Judgement.

I just picked up my two chairs and ottomans and they are beautiful! So many fabrics to choose from. My choices evolved during the few visits I made. I'm very happy with the final results. Did it take a very long time? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely! I think they have a lot of work and they also helped out with a church that needed help. They called to let us know of the delay. They also called me because they had some nail heads that they thought would look nice. I went to see and I agreed. I appreciated that. Because of the length of time it took, I am giving it a good review; otherwise the work itself is Great!

I just left out of Worthington and I am so delighted. They have quite a selection of fabrics and vinyls. Beautiful colors and designs. RASHA AND CATHY were a great help with my needs. I definitely did not leave empty handed. I will recommend this store to everyone looking for upholstery fabric! Thanks Ladies.❣️❣️

Master craftsmen. I had two chairs recovered and they were perfectly matched. I also had an 8 ft window treatment completed which is beautiful. Well worth the wait and it was a pleasure working with them.

Worthington had our furniture for over a a year. Much damage from heavy crown staples used to secure fine trim, broken cushion support, unauthorized wood color change to try and hide their mistakes, cockroach eggs, filth and unfinished work. It is my opinion that they used our furniture to stage the properties they flip. We refused to pay the balance for unfinished work and they refused to repair it and sued us showing up with a local attorney as Worthington is a regular at that court it seems. We lost our case as did the young woman ahead of us who was also a defendant with no attorney, as the local magistrate, who has 3 projects with Worthington, threw out our compelling evidence. Furthermore, other reputable upholstering companies have refused to make repairs to Worthington's work, referring to them as hacks and after more than two months Worthington has denied us a Satisfaction of Judgement.

Sadly, I chose to ignore the negative comments and have ended up with the same experience. A chair that was supposed to take 4-8 weeks (written on work order) has still not been completed 8 mos later. I have called multiple times and told a week or two more. I finally said to forget it but they refuse to give the deposit back. Owner called me names and used swear words at me. The reality is they don't have my chair in store they have to go find it and I may never see my chair again. I am sure they built their reputation on doing quality work and do have a great fabric selection. But I think they are over their head now. Consider other alternatives. And don't bring anything there you cherish. You might never see it again.

Save yourself and DO NOT go here. They will scam you out of money: they do not make what you ask. They do not produce your order on time. And it will most likely not be right. Just look up Cindy white and Rasha white in the Chardon municipal court docs and you will see they have MULTIPLE court cases. I anm guessing they also make fake accounts and leave themselves 5 star ratings as the Ashley account knows full names when the name was not listed. They have no morals as a company or human beings, they are most definitely the rudest people I have ever met. As a company who makes multiple mistakes on a very expensive order, they were not sorry at all.

40 years in business, one of the best places I have found. Haters will be haters, there are a lot of Karen's out there. Do not believe Mel, who left a message before me or the women laura on yelp. No one comes close to the impeccablness of these women.I had 4 chairs reupholstered here and they are perfect! Every flower lined up perfectly as if it was made just for me! Thank you for the most amazing work and what a wonderful business. Will be back 100% again!
