The woman that works in this pharmacy is the most unpleasant, unprofessional, non compassionate person I have ever come across.I stood at the window for a solid 7 minutes before I was even greeted or acknowledged. When she finally noticed me she asked what I needed and I told her I just wanted them to know that I was waiting on a prescription. I did this so they knew I was here and so I didn't have to sit in the lobby all day. I have been here going on an hour. Nobody is in the lobby for the pharmacy only appointments. I know they have other work to do but my goodness I could at least been a little bit of a priority since I am in the building. It's just lacking customer service in so many levels.

The 2 women that work here are acouple of the rudest people I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Complete disgraces to their job. But what do you expect at a low end pharmacy, that's basically the bottom of the barrel in the pharmacy world. Do better pharmacy women

Genoa pharmacy is a friendly and professional place! I would recommend anyone here. The pharmacist is very polite and always attend to any questions or concerns if any. Most of all the your prescriptions are alway ready in a timely manner. The whole staff is great!

The staff at the Ravenwood Genoa Pharmacy are absolutely amazing!! They are always courteous and ready to help! I wish I could remember her name, but one of the Pharmacy staff even ran my prescriptions out to me in my car because I had a small fever, and out of safety for others, she brought them to me! Keep up the great work u do!!!

Never open, disregards patients need for their medications, need to be shut down by the pharmacy board
