Mike did an excellent job fixing a pretty bad scratch on my door. Another body shop said the entire door and surrounding doors had to be painted and was going to cost a fortune but Mike said he could make it look like the scratch was never there without having to repaint half the car. It looks amazing and was done in just a couple of days and at a fair price. There aren't a ton of reviews of KEI on Google but if you check out any of the Chagrin Falls FB groups, there are hundreds of people recommending his work. I won't go anywhere else in the future. Thank you again!

Best experience I ever had at a car repair shop. They did more than I needed done, at a very reasonable price..I thought it would be at least 2 days, but all work was completed in 1 day...Highly recommended.

Such a good experience with Mike and Michelle!!! I recently moved to the area, and know nothing about cars, my biggest fear is getting scammed/ripped off by auto shops and this is definitely not the case here! There was a long list of things wrong with my car (she's old), but Mike was very upfront with me and told me what needed to be done urgently to keep my car running, and what can be prolonged a bit. Very friendly and got my car taken care of in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back here!

A friend reccomended KEI to me. My regular shop said there was nothing wrong with my car, a 2007 Honda with 40000 miles. It sounded horrible.I was afraid to get on a freeway, thinking it was about to blow up. KEI looked it over, ordered some parts, and voila!!! Sounds like a new car. Actually, I can hardly hear it. They are garage gurus!!! So pleased with the service, the price, and the outcome. A customer for life. I am soooo pleased!

Have taken my car in here for several large repairs - always courteous, very honest & upfront about pricing and what work needs to be done. The work itself is always top-notch: have never had follow-up issues with the problems addressed here. Mike and Michelle have been servicing our cars for 20 years+ From oil changes, brake jobs to collision repair. Mike is excellent with vintage cars too. Kevin, one of his lead mechanics owns some older cars and really knows what he is working on. They are all Chagrin Falls Treasures!
