Another customer and I both showed up about 20 minutes after the store opened. There was no employees at either of the registers. Anyone could've stolen whatever they wanted. We both stood around for about 10 minutes until three employees meandered their way up front. The first employee struggled to ring up the other customer's order. The third employee looked for my order. He struggled to find it near the register. He went to the warehouse to see if he could find it. This very unprofessional. I doubt if I'll ever go back to this store.

They always have the items I need. I wanted some spackle and screen repair kit for a walk repair. They had it all.

Didn't have what I needed and staff didn't ask if I needed any assistance, or greet me when I walked in. Kind of disappointing for an ACE Hardware. Those are the things that set you apart from the box stores.
