There were two woman behind the bar, one absolutely sweet as can be and had fantastic customer service. The other one on the other hand absolutely horrible attitude, horrible service, rude as can be, snobby, the list is probably never ending of how horrible she was. Manager did nothing about it. Not happy at all.

I enjoy coming here and the food is always good. But I really come for the different cold sides they serve. There are usually 2 or 3 to choose from and some that aren't traditional. The other day, it was a cabbage salad with chunks of cabbage and tomatoes with a sweet creamy dressing. It's was so simple and really good!

Son and I ordered double bacon cheeseburgers. He ordered fries and I got Tators tots. Sandwiches were awesome hand-formed burger patties. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Tator tots are phenomenal as were fries. No room left for their fantastic homemade pies. Maybe next time. Service was tremendous. Great lunch specials too.

This was a great place to go to as a kid but they have let the place go. Lanes break down constantly, there have been very few updates in 30 years. Instead of paper towels in the bathroom they still use those old gross towel machines that just keep cycling the towel back through the machine. Overall Plaza Lanes is not a very appealing place to go anymore. Staff however is very friendly and great to work with.

Highly recommend to anyone considering hosting a birthday party here! With two more sons, I’m sure we will be back! Thanks again Plaza Lanes for a great party experience!

Food is really good.
