We went into Francis Furniture and I saw a Lazyboy rocking loveseat I fell in love with!! We also found a sofa. The team there was excellent at getting me all ready. I just received the table I purchased in true Francis style, the delivery went as smooth as the sale did. the gentleman looked professional, and acted the same. you can't go wrong with this company. it's always 5 star service

If I could give a zero on my experience, I would. I will never buy anything from them after the way that I was treated. I went to see about buying some furniture for my house. I was greeted by a male salesman. I told him what I was looking for, and he said that they have plenty to pick from, and if I needed any help, I just needed to let a salesman know. So while I was still looking, he came back, and we started to talk. The next thing I knew, he walked away from me and started to talk another couple and helping them out. If a gentleman has been in the business for 25 years as I heard him telling the couple he was waiting on, and he has treated other customers the way he treated me. I'm surprised that he is still in the business.

We found a very nice and unique love seat that we had been looking for, after looking at multiple other stores. They had a great sales team in there that help us find the right chair.

Very disappointed in the service-- We looked at two sets and selected one on late November 2021. The wrong one was delivered a week later and by then one piece of the correct set was out of stock. They delivered the piece they had and said the other one would be in in January. I called again after the date they gave us and was told February. Didn't hear anything until March so called and they said they'd call back. They didn't so I called again and they told me April. I get that mistakes happen and the supply chain issues are difficult right now but it's not hard to offer good customer service and communication along the way.

We bought 2 chairs yesterday. They were delivered today. Guys delivering were very helpful and friendly. We buy all of our furniture there, good prices and quality furniture! No pressure, just great service!

I told my husband I just wanted to LOOK at a mattress, not buy one per se. We walked in and immediately was helped, and was shown where the mattresses were. Well I had about a million questions and all were answered quickly and professionally. He was very patient with me when I was going from bed to bed not able to pick one I liked, then I found a white dove that was THE ONE! Sure enough we got financed and and are now waiting for the call for delivery, thank you all for being so amazing and hard working! They definitely have our business and I will be back again to get more furniture!
