As a brand over all the clothes are fashionable and relatively affordable. The cost is more exorbant than Express but the quality and customer service you get inside a WHBM takes gold every time with Express being the runner up.”

“Allen and Michele did an incredible job on my favorite pair of boots that I thought were done for. I bought them online secondhand but they were originally from an Italian company, with the soles being secured with traditional nails and stitching. They were already showing some wear on the toes and I only made it worse (out of love!) They were able to repair the stitching, fix the nails, and even added a little glue for extra security. I cannot thank them enough and will definitely be back for any shoe repair needs!”

“The people here are always super helpful! They will even go as far as placing orders for you to have either delivered to your house or in-store pickup if you cannot find what you were looking for. I usually am there about every 3 months because of the amount of walking I do at work. I've gotten to know the staff quite well and have lost track of the amount of shoes I have purchased over the last several years. They're also quite reasonably priced and I love hitting up their buy one get one half-off sales which I believe are once every 3 months. A must go and I definitely recommend! Five stars!”

“I bought my daughter a pair of shoes online for Christmas that ended up being too big. For the life of me couldn’t find the email receipt. Every employee was so helpful. Jas looked up my order with my phone number (life saver!). Unfortunately the shoe was sold out but they gave me a refund and sent me over to Kids Footlocker where it was in stock and $25 cheaper! No clue she could even still fit kids sizes. Apparently a kids size 6 is equivalent to a womens 7.5! Everyone at Kids Footlocker was awesome too. Not every day you get such good customer service. I’ll look at Footlocker first from now on.”
