The staff were kind, professional and meticulous in every detail.
They met our expectations above and beyond
The staff were very punctual, helpful and responsive.
I would never ever hesitate to consult with them in the future.
Words can not even begin to say how thrilled we our with the finished product!

John was very rude and cancelled an appointment we had for an estimate to get my bathroom remodeled and he "didn't like how I answered questions" with a previous employee.... There are better companies out there that want work and act ignorant with customers.... Your best bet is to find a different company.

Everything about our experience getting a quote for a major remodel on our old home with this company was excellent. First, when I called, a real human answered right away- no need to leave a message! Second, the person that answered was kind and not rushed as they gathered information about our prospective job. Third, they scheduled a home visit, verified the night before, and showed up on time. Forth, John was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took his time studying our space, measuring, asking us questions, and understanding our basic requirements as well as our "nice to have" ideas. Fifth, even though we ended up deciding we didn't want to embark on this project right now after we got the rough estimate, they were not at all offended or frustrated. So I can't speak for the quality of their actual remodeling work, but, I can say that everything about the interactions we had getting to an estimate was wonderful. It was refreshing to have great customer service and a responsive and easy process to find out what our job would entail.

Driving on 76 west this evening at about 8:20 and one of the employees driving a company van rides up on the rear end of my car. He continues to ride my bumper. I’m in the left lane doing almost 10mph over the speed limit already because there were people entering the highway from the on ramp and didn’t want to cut them off. When I was finally able to get over I did and he flew past at an even greater speed. As he went down the highway he proceeded to change lanes and try to go around a semi truck in the left hand lane that was trying to pass another in the right hand lane. When he went zigzagging around the semis he cut the one off. If these are the kind of employees you hire and let drive your company van, I would rethink what they are advertising for you.

This is a very friendly hardworking company. It was a wonderful experience from the design meeting to the finished product. My wants were listened to and the design was then based on those needs. Workers are on time and stay all day. Love, love love the work that was done for us. I will check with them on my next project for sure.

Couldn't be happier with our new home. We are later-in-life first-time builders, so we truly knew nothing about this whole process. All members of Sam Pitzulo's team made this an enjoyable endeavor with their professionalism, communication, etc. as they truly listened to what we desired in a new home.

Would not schedule a meeting with us because they said we did not have enough money for the project. Disappointing that they would not even come out to at least give us a quote or explore options. Will not be using this company.

Sam and his team turned my 32×34 garage into living space including new kitchen, living and dining room and bed room. The whole team were very professional and knowledgeable About their jobs. Chuck did incredible job overseeing the job and paying attention to detail. Would highly recommend this company.
