DO NOT USE SPECTRUM! We pay for the high speed upgrade and the Wi-Fi expansion…still have nonstop pauses like the streaming shows are buffering! Surprise… shortly after this review our internet went out.

Don’t come to this store unless you want to be treated like you’re stupid by employees.. came in here tonight to see how much it would be to upgrade my phone and the man “helping” me was incredibly rude and treated me like an inconvenience. I still never got my question answered. Didn’t catch his name but the way he treated me was no way to treat a customer. Never coming back here.

When you have to find a different store to pay your bill and don't have to put up with offended work that gets an attitude because you tell the truth. Great service and the kiosk even worked and took cash. Please learn some manners from this store Whitehall location. Thank you.

Everytime I go to this location there is a long wait time. Was there for just an equipment drop off and it took over an hour. They are understaffed. And if you are not getting new service or upgrading they are rude.

No one spoke to me, signed in to get help. It asks for the reason for the visit, i wait 20 minutes to be told they dont have what i was waiting for, very annoying and a waste of my time.

From the moment you sign up for spectrum they prioritize profit over customers. Charging ridiculous fees for everything even for moving your modem to another room in the house and first time activation fee of $30. If other options are available I would highly recommend steering clear from them.

When you didn't think Time Warner customer service could be any worse. Step into a spectrum retail store and you will discover that it can actually be worse. The employees do the least amount of work, at the slowest rate possible. They don't care about your time, or the service they provide.

Waited for an hour just to be told that they didn't have a charger. I don't know how they can have you sign in but not have option for you to tell what you're in need of so that they can tell you whether they haven't or not up front. And who does the inventory? Ridiculous!!!Went across the street and got exactly what I needed in under 2 minutes.
