I contacted Noah concerning my laptop not starting, the SSD was replaced, and laptop is now working very well. The replacement drive was upgraded although capacity was smaller than the original but better performance. My concern with capacity was addressed that if I ever run out of memory, the drive would be replaced to larger with no labor charge. There was focus on customer satisfaction and the repair was priced, $320, within reason considering what I paid for this gaming laptop.

I have been a customer for > 10 years. Noah and his team do outstanding work. They are honest, and reliable. Noah has installed new (network) computers in our medical office. Elite has repaired a number of laptops for us. I highly recommend Noah and his team for commercial work, including networking, and also residential desktop and laptop sales and repair.

Doug is an outstanding computer professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and took action right away to fix my computer/printer problem. He was able to do the repair remotely. This saved me time and energy of not having to pack up my equipment and take it to the shop. Doug's computer skills are outstanding! I would highly recommend him! Thank you!

I had Noah work on my computer and he had us back up and running within about 2 1/2 hours, he was going to charge us for a service call fee but ended up only charging us for the repair, we ended up tipping Noah $50 for his professional and courteous and prompt service, we will no longer take our computers anywhere else, Noah is the man

Noah and his team are very professional and doing virus removal and stabilizing our current network system that actually houses over 75 laptops and other devices, he saved us thousands of dollars and kept us from being hacked with perfect software that he recommended to us and we installed, we love this guy and he’s like family to us, Noah is very trustworthy

In the 10 years I've been taking my computers here, I've never had any problems. The repairs have been done right and efficiently. If i had some questions, they would be answered over the phone or done remotely for me. That's what i always evaluated things on, customer service.Not what I received last time (August 2020). It appears that the business isn't run by the same two guys anymore, and it shows. Not to go on, but let's just bring it to the date of this writing. i called yesterday pm, wanting to know how to get a program to work that had always worked before. i called at 4:57 p.m. because I thought i might get them before they closed. The guy who had repaired my computer, Josh, answered. Not only did he sound angry at me for calling (though he had said to call him if there were issues), but said to call back today, and he'd fix it this morning remotely. i called today and spoke with Evan. (though Josh was also there) and after being told i would have to pay their normal rate for a service call, I was also told that Josh said he had helped me out on "many things" for over an hour yesterday. Of course, he had helped on nothing other than getting me off the phone once it came to 5 pm, which totaled less than 5 minutes.So, if you're thinking about taking your computer there, don't plan on asking them any questions, or be ready to pay (for something you just want working the way it was before they touched it). And this was a mere one thing, not the many things I no longer have on my computer, that they could have found from the backup drive. No customer service, and they've lost this customer!!

Doug and Evan did an amazing job recovering files I thought were lost. They worked quickly, and kept at it until it was completed. They were more than fair on the pricing. Would give them 6 stars if able.
