Here I found myself in the predicament of needing a unit on the spur of the moment and in the evening. Called some places and they were ether full, didn't answer or didn't call back but this facility called me back within a couple minutes and I was able to rent a unit in the evening so quickly. The unit was clean and they took care of the bug control. Thank you Melissa for the help and getting me in the unit.

It is the best value I could find for a 10 x 20 unit. The facility was always clean and kept up. They responded to any questions or comments by text almost immediately. If I ever need their services again I will not hesitate to return.

I was in need of a 10x20 storage unit to hold my household furnishings while a new house was being built. Melissa was very polite and courteous in helping me with the paperwork. The unit was very clean and bug free. I would highly recommend the business for storage.

To say that Rob/Melissa go above and beyond is an understatement. The storage unit is always clean. Free of bugs and rodents. It is also well monitored. We have stored our camper with them for 3 years now and plan to continue doing business with them! If you need any type of storage, this is your place!

We have rented from Allison Carole Properties a few times over the years and they are wonderful to deal with, storage units are always clean and well taken care of. They go the extra mile to make sure your units stay pest free. We would highly recommend.

This place is clean and secure, easy to access. We store a vehicle there. It is family owned and very friendly and helpful, and reasonable rates.
