Put a $5 bill in the machine to start washing my truck, when time was running out I tried another $5 then some $1's and then a $10 and the machine wouldn't take any more. This is the last time I use hanks car wash because the machines are not maintained and you don't get a good value for your dollar. And there is no customer service phone number to contact someone when you have an issue. Poor way to run a business

Put $10.00 in for a $9.00 car wash got charged 9.75 receipt says change $1.00 nope only got .25cents back and my truck is still dirty took pics but no way to add them

Didn't do a very good job at washing my truck as you can see in the photos I believe it's the last time I'll be watching my vehicle there

I attempted to get a Platinum wash at the locationon Mahoning Ave. Warren. I followed the directions displayed. The machine took my $12 cash & promptly malfunctioned. There was no contact information available at the site or the website.

Owners a good guy. Any problems he takes care of it with no questions asked. Plus the car wash is always working.

Well maintained and affordable. If I had one criticism it would be that it takes a while for the water from the spray wand to clear up when going from soap to rinse.

Generally satisfied with the wash. Occassionally seems like the soap is running low.
