“Usually reserve opinion on a record shop until I've had a chance to visit a few times and get a sense of whether that first impression was accurate or not but this one felt special and, unfortunately, it's going to be a while before I have a chance to step back in. Spun through during a trip to Cleveland with a friend. It was the last shop (of about 7 or 8) that we managed to hit while in town. Almost didn't bother making the trip after being somewhat underwhelmed by a couple of other spots dotting the city but were so very, very glad that we did.New and used selections were beautifully curated, prices were fair (new imports under Discogs and plenty of solid, clean, used finds under $10), the folks working there were both friendly and tremendously helpful, and it had that sort of atmosphere that invites hanging around for hours on end that's just such an intangible bonus. Will definitely be haunting their website moving forward. Any town would be lucky to have a shop of this quality. Between The Current Year, Haus Frau, and Bent Crayon, Cleveland has some really solid options but this one just had that little bit of extra something something.”

“We had decided the recliner we wanted but were unsure of color and features. We were in Florida but were buying for an Ohio home. We wanted to get in queue if we were to order (which we ultimately did). Thus we called the Strongsville Ohio store. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. She texted me pictures of the leather colors available, explained features and ultimately ordered the furniture for us. She did as much for us as if we were in the showroom and we accomplished, long distance, what we needed done.”

“Our experience was great! Justin was very professional as he worked with us. He greeted us when we arrived, and then gave us ample time to look around and try different recliners out until we were ready to talk. He then answered our questions and assisted us in picking out the fabrics. Then he wrote up the order and reviewed each item with us to make sure everything was correct. All in all it was great service and a great price as they were having a Presidents Day sale!”

“Great quality we used them for blinds for the whole house first, then did drapes 6 months later. Installation was great for both, and the designer was really helpful. Appreciated the advice to do blinds first then wait until we had all our furnishings in before doing drapes, never put any pressure on us.”

I called her in a panic because I had just found out the person I was going to have hem my gown for my son’s wedding went out of business. She was so kind and had me come in that same day. She completed my dress before the date she gave me, and for slightly less than she quoted me. And the work was impeccable. And again when I picked up the dress- so very kind and professional.
