I stopped in here to get some gas on Tuesday June 4th 2024 in the afternoon time and pick up a bag of popcorn. When I got to the checkout counter the cashier who was an older lady wearing a pink hoodie acted like she didn't want to service me and didn't even bother to say hi how are you doing or nothing. Very rude, short and wretched attitude she had going on. She started ringing up my popcorn and I gave her my advantage card to scan and see if I had anything off per gallon regarding fuel perks and I did. I redeemed them and my amount with that included came to $40.99 and the way she told me my total was in a very curt and dismissive way. I said this is $41 back in an irritated tone because I was just done with that whole situation and at the same time two young 20 somethings blonde girls behind me were giggling and laughing at me I just gave them a look and then they act like they ain't talking about me but you can sense it which lets you know who they were laughing at and I ignored them so silly and childish. The lady gave me my receipt, I filled my car up, I left and probably will not be back to this location again. They look at you as if you don't even belong over in that neighborhood, nor have a right or deserve to shop in their higher quality stores as if their people are so much better out here in Broadview Heights, News Flash: y'all mess stank too!! If you can't handle dealing with different colors of people and don't want to work around them then stay home or find another job working from home!! You get more flies with honey than you do with vinegar!! Smh!!

Worker didn't call out my order when ready. Or even put it on the mobile order shelf where it belongs. Waited over 15 minutes before they asked me about my order. My order was hidden behind the counter. The worker gave me sas when I asked why it wasn't on the shelf

Always got odd vibes here. But today took the cake. Walked in and I said hello to the cashier, an older lady who just stared at me with a dirty look. A little unnerving but okay. At the register got 6 tall boy cans and 2 bags of chips. All got loaded into one paper bag. When I requested a double bag the rude old lady who couldn’t be bothered to even say hi back, informed me I can just carry it from the bottom. Super dismissive and rude. I didn’t know a 2 min trip into a gas station can be so unwelcome and unprofessional. When It was obvious how annoyed I was AFTER the transaction she then said she can double bag if I want. I just took my stuff and left. If you can’t work with the public stay home.

Both employees at this location today, 9/21/2023 that I dealt with were extremely unpleasant. I just stopped in to grab some iced coffees and it was not a good experience, nor will I ever come back to this Getgo. To begin, my son and I were at the register to pay for our iced coffee order and the gentlemen at the register was extremely rude to another employee named Robert (I felt bad for him). Robert had mentioned to him that there was a gas leak outside and the other guy goes “What do you normally do robert, you go get the stuff and put it on the gas leak like always” but in a rude tone. When I had approached the register I said hi, how are you and the guy literally said nothing. We then just paid for it and went to go grab or iced coffee order. That guy there also seemed like he hated being there. Our coffees weren’t even stirred like they normally are, and it’s not like the guy behind the “food stand” was busy as we were the only customers. He also was rude and just not welcoming. Given that both of there jobs involve speaking with customers, i highly suggest they find a job with no interactions with customers as the customer service today was terrible. I had to explain to my son that not everyone is always kind after leaving this location.

Been here on 3 different occasions. Twice the food part was closed in The middle of the day. Once there was a guy working who told us he didn’t have time to make the stuff we’re trying to order. We tried to just order other items he said no to it all. We said what can we order and he said salads.

Visited this evening April 12, 2023 and cashier seemed more interested in his game on his phone than doing his job to enable me to have a fast transaction. Very unattentive to his job, rudely tossing my change into my hand ?

Don't trust what their hours say, went in to grab some food from their kitchen only to find out they loved over 30 minutes before ALL of their signs state. Very disappointing

Preferred gas station for the grab and go snacks and other foods. They have healthy snacks here which is always nice. The line usually moves pretty fast which matters around rush hour, when people get off work it can be a mad house. Wish they were open later. My dude Robert gotta trim the nose hairs on god.
