I used their chat function to get information about water damage and reconstruction companies in my area. The respondent was able to send me information (website) immediately. I appreciate their quick response.

I have a train to get a answer out of the Better Business Bureau why they promote businesses as window companies that give one away free. When you know that is not the case I have talk to Sue numerous occasions I called the other day about it. Somebody sent me something saying well you had one complaint that’s why we lowered your score. I don’t care about my score, you’re not being fair after 30 years I have quit the Better Business Bureau with two companies now it says I am not credited so then I have people questioning me why I’m not with the Better Business Bureau. This is not fair and now you’re costing me money.

I received a document in the mail that I did not expect. It was for questionable services. I used the online chat with the BBB and she was very helpful with a phone number to call to verify the document. Thank you

THE BBB CLOSED MY COMPLAINT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. IT WAS NOT RESOLVED BUT THEY SAID IT WAS. THE COMPLAINT WAS EVEN REMOVED FROM THE BUSINESS REVIEW PAGE. DO YOUR JOB BBB AND NOT JUST SWEEP COMPLAINTS UNDER THE RUG.

The BBB does a fantastic job in helping consumers.If for some reason they can’t assist with an issue they always follow up and will refer you to the appropriate entity.
