“The service at this Enterprise location from Ben was fantastic.

We originally were set to fly into Columbus, but because of the travel disruption on July 19th, we had to fly into Akron instead. When we brought the car back to this location, Ben informed us that we could in fact return the car at Rickenbacker airport via a parking lot and dropbox for the keys.

There was not a lot of information online regarding the rental situation at Rickenbacker, so this information was most helpful. It bought us enough time to have a lovely dinner in Germantown and then head straight to the airport instead of having to take a rideshare.”

“It was a quick and easy experiencing reserving a car with Alamo. The vehicle I rented was a brand new Toyota Corolla. On the day of returning the car, I had to extend the use of it by 2 hours. I called Alamo customer service. The call was answered promptly, and the change was made without costing me any extra fees. The only thing that could have made renting this car a better experience for me was having someone walk to the car and show me show me some of its features. I had an issue removing the ignition key. Fortunately, the owner's manual tipped me off on what to do for getting it removed. I had to turn the steering wheel left and right to get it to release. Also, the car was recently washed and not dried off. I would prefer to rent a car with out water on it so that you can easily identify dents and scratches. This car had only two minor blemishes that I reported before driving off with it. I will surely rent another car with Alamo in the near future.”

“More expensive than I thought. I paid $420 to rent a full size for Friday 10PM to Tuesday 5AM . The process was easy, staff nice. The facility at CMH is not right next to the concourse any longer. The location on Yelp is incorrect. You have to take a shuttle, but it's fast and close, and the rental facility is clean.”

“Excellent and yuck service. Was in Columbus for a wedding October 14th. Originally booked a rental for a Compact gas car. When I and my wife arrived, we were helped by Ramla, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to helping the customer get the best value for their booking. She told us that if we upgraded from our original booking to an electric car, the up charge would only be ten dollars, and we wouldn’t be required to recharge the car unless we went under 10%. Considering how much gas is right now, this was great deal and I appreciated Ramla bringing that to our attention. With employees like Ramla, I will no doubt be renting from thrifty in Columbus, should I travel back that way. Thanks!”

“I spoke with Mark from this location- I had a issue with some extra charges which turned out to be my fault. I had returned the car a little late and was charged another day. Mark was nice enough to back it up and educate me on the subject. I really appreciate that Mark recognized that I spend $10k+ a year with Hertz. He really saved a customer as this is the first time my receipts have never not fully added up (booking/checkout receipts)”

“Showed up and ten people were in line. 2 out of 10 kiosks were open. Took an hour to get through the line as the only two attendants were extremely slow. I did not know about the FastBreak program but now I do and am signed up. Definitely will not be waiting in line any longer. I appreciate Budget’s commitment to their customers and helping me through this issue.”
