Sammi k …this poor girl…. Went wayyy out of her way when I told her that I don’t drink that lethal injection desani water… this is what she did for a stranger …she searched the ENTIRE place for some good ole fashion spring water hauled well over 75 lbs of it for me ..for me .. who am I yaknow…. She’s 95lbs soaking wet hauling this by the way… anywhoo well done hiring this one …. Give her a raise..(I know you can’t but hey she deserves it!)

Poor mangement and poor customer service from an employee wishing to be addressed a different gender then he is.Fine, be what you want to be, but don't bully your customers. Management needs to step up their game and reprimand the employee for his attitude towards customers.Keep up the good job of banning customers and this location will either be shut down or restaffed.I'm gonna tell everyone I know to continue calling corporate too. We won't stand for bullying from your employee over his gender preference.

Twice I have went into this store and more of an auto response said "thanks dude" to a fella who works here in our small town. He responded incredibly rude and corrected me. Apparently he has decided to be a she. Management here also likes to bully locals about surname's so if you come here avoid using a surname or they will make a scene about it to you.

My husband and myself have been banned from this specific location due to calling corporate with a complaint on how customers are being treated by the staff...in a small community like Brewster word travels fast and people will stop visiting with the intent to spend money...

The absolute WORST bellstore I've ever been in. The dark haired girl at the register was leaning on the counter and when I walked up she was rolling her eyes like I was an inconvenience and breathing heavy when I asked for my credit card receipt. Then she waved her hand at me and Luke she was showing me out of there. The girl I'm speaking of talks different and has glasses. I have my receipt if anyone wants to contact me. I see alot of other ppl are complaining about the Brewster store too.

I was getting gas and food from this store the other day. Some employee by the name of Nick was pure rude to me. I got the best car wash and the receipt did not print at the pump so I went inside and greeted him a friendly "Hello" he responded back "What?" I said ok well the receipt didn't print outside at the pump for my car wash. He responded back "Its out of paper probably" and then he continues to laugh trying to make it a joke.I was in a hurry I didn't have time to play around. I told him I need a receipt so I can get the car wash and move on. He took forever to get the receipt and then just threw the receipt on the counter. I will never come back to this gas station. Piss poor customer service at this location.

I just visited this store on 8/1 at approx 1 in the morning. The long dark haired girl working was beyond rude. It was too late to go into the store so I had to speak through the speaker and receive my energy drink through the slot for after hours. She’s got what appears to be her boyfriend and his friend locked inside the store with her which is very unprofessional and unsettling. I also read her lips as I have a deaf sibling and she was complaining about me asking for sugar free energy drink. I said I can read your lips and the reason I drink sugar free is because I am diabetic. What a complete lowlife. Will not visit bell stores anymore.
