If you don't have any compassion don't work in the medical field. The physican assistant yesterday absolutely sucked. If you can't understand anxiety get out. I now understand why ur just an assistant. Don't ever compare you to me...your the reason why the Healthcare sucks. Thankfully the doctor was a little better. The day shift people are not nice...night shift has way more compassion and understanding. But then again day shift in that whole hospital is a disaster. Empathy goes a long way.

I had a apt. With urology and the doctor was 90 minutes late on 3/21/24 and it took the office almost 2 hours to call my prescription to the pharmacy.

I had a mammogram done but because I have limited mobility, it wasn't quite as straight forward as usual. I really appreciated that the tech was more than willing to help me so we could accomplish the test anyway.

The women who helped me during my MRI were amazing. Very careful and thorough. Great bedside manner. Fast and efficient. Friendly and compassionate. Down to earth and great at making appropriate conversation.

I made an appointment for a test. I arrived a few minutes early as I always do. I was greeted with a very friendly woman at the entrance who then escorted me to where I needed to be. From then on every one including the tech who was doing my test was extremely polite, I felt so relaxed... Thank you to ALL that made my visit relaxed...
