Very seldom have I had a good interaction at this institution. I have had appointments double booked, cards lost in the ATM, slow/long teller lines, invariable indoor banking hours, low/no money in ATMs. You name it, its likely happened. Experiences I have had here have made me look into another banking institution. I have left this bank frustrated too many times.

I just had a meeting with Sheriem at this branch to discuss home financing options. I have to say this was my most positive experience at a bank. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was very professional and helpful and I left with a much better understanding of what I need to do. Thanks again.

If you were ever trying to define incompetent and slow look no further than this branch. Tellers are for more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping you and when you actually get thier attention they act like they are doing you a huge favor by doing the job they are paid to do. To be clear if you enjoy long waits and being treated like a nuisance this is the place for you.

Around a month ago, October 1st, to be exact, I wrote a complaint letter to the PNC Bank manager at the Bowling Green, OH location. I was expressing my disappointment in the service that was provided by their branch members and was hoping they could bring an explanation to the problem I encountered. In the beginning of September, I had went into that PNC branch to order checks and I was told they would arrive to my apartment in 1-2 weeks. I had waited two and a half weeks and I still had not received my checks in the mail. It was now September 24rd, and I needed my checks, so I called PNC so get an explanation. The lady I spoke with told me that the checks were sent to my old address in Cleveland, but then they were sent back. I was very confused because I confirmed with the bank teller that my new address was at a new apartment in Bowling Green and that I needed my checks sent there. The lady then told me that she could not help me any further and that I needed to be transferred to customer service. Then I was transferred to the customer service line and the lady I spoke with was very helpful. She helped me through the process of reordering the checks and confirming that they needed to be sent to Copper Beech. However, I am very disappointed because my bank account was charged another seven dollars for new checks when I should not have been charged again because I didn't even receive my first checks. I assumed that since the mess up was on PNC's part that they would have waived the seven-dollar fee for me. It is now November 7th, and I had no response to my letter from the PNC branch manager. However, I received my checks from PNC on October 8th with a note attached saying that they had the wrong address. I understand PNC has an overall good reputation, but I was very frustrated with the lengthy process it took to order my checks and the mixup that the bank had my address wrong.

The parking at this location is terrible. There seems to be a high turn over in tellers which may explain why service is slow at times. Most all of the tellers are friendly, it's the branch manager you have to watch out for. What a GROUCH. If you are special needs, do not open a payee account here. I would recommend Hunington bank or 5/3.

Teller was rude and waited 20 minutes for them to tell me they closed me account and it would be $25 to re open it. They only had two tellers there around lunch time, as there was a long line in the building and a long line of cars. No thanks, I'll "re open" my account elsewhere!
