Working at Cooper has been an absolute privilege. By far my favorite job. I moved in town and got hired quickly to work here as a Line Producer for the plant. It’s been a smooth and easy experience since I started.I love working here and wouldn’t want to leave.

I was going for a second shift job . I understand training is on first shift. I worked there for 2 weeks on the floor and only did stations that ran on first shift. Very unorganized. And people will half train….Also it’s a very dirty facility
