Ordered splash guards for my Legacy and they arrived on a timely manner. Unfortunately, they did not fit. I called the parts department and it was determined I got the wrong ones. I was sent a shipping label to return the parts and they arrive they will send me the right ones. I will owe a small amount for the different parts. All was handled quickly and I am looking forward to the replacement parts.

The parts and services department at Boardman Subaru is top notch! From oil changes to major fixes, I would not trust my vehicle going anywhere else. I think its wonderful that they have loaner vehicles as well which I’ve had to utilize in the past. Joseph Fero is awesome! He explains everything to me and is so very helpful. It’s great knowing that my car is in such good hands!!! Thanks Subaru!

Diagnosed my car incorrectly, said it was somerhing i did and not covered under warranty. Wanted $9000 and 4 days of my vacation to fix it. Offered $18,000 for my Ascent when it is worth $30,000. Took my car home to my dealership, was covered under warranty.People were unreasonable And not truthful. I dont like being taken advantage of.They tried to scare me and say if i drove my car it would catch on fire. Stress i didnt need, plus lost 4 days of my vacation!

The service and staff is typically very good. Today I picked up my car and paid over $1200 for a repair. You would think they could have AT LEAST ran my car through the car wash after having it for four days. I think this will be my final Subaru. Time to buy American from this point on if they can't control service costs or take care of customers as they promise.

Bought my crosstrek here and usually have my oil changes and tire rotation done here. Twice I brought up noise issues. First time I told them it sounded like bad wheel bearings. I was told it was my tires. Ended up being 3 bad bearings and my muffler had rotted off. Needless to say I didn't have to pay for any of the repairs. Second time I took in for a squeaking noise. Was told I needed new control arms and back brakes. For a total of $3000. I took to two more mechanics and both said there was nothing wrong with the control arms and they had never seen control arms that needed replaced on this vehicle. I did however need front and back brakes. So I suggest if they give you a high priced repair, you should definitely get other opinions. Also I believe a lot of their mechanics are young and inexperienced. Also upselling fake repairs!!!
