I had to cancel with my prior supplier, as they took two weeks to contact me. Patient Aids responded in a couple days and the equipment testing was performed in a thorough and amiable manner.

I tried ordering tanks and they told me my account was locked because of a 500 dollar bill that was in collections. Mind you they never contacted me about said bill nor did they send me a statement. I’m on six liters of oxygen and with out the tanks I’m stuck in the house and can’t go to rehab or doctor's appointments. I’ve had a hardship letter on file for years and was told that it was good forever and I would never have to fill out another one. Now the rules have changed, i not only get my oxygen through them i also have a ventilator bi-pap. I really don’t want to change companies but that’s probably going to be the next step. Besides that most of their employees are rude and should never be allowed to deal with the public.

My husband is in a wheelchair and has sleep apnea. He was well past due to get new CPAP equipment. Patient Aids on Creek Rd. In Cincinnati was very helpful. I forgot the name of the lady who patiently helped us. She spent a long time with my husband and found the mask that best fit him. We set up shipping of new CPAP supplies. We were very thankful that your representative patiently spent time with us to make the best selection. She is a very professional rep for your company!

Very difficult to get orders sent to Patient Aids from sleep Dr. office. After spending too much time on phone to get through to company, it took 4 calls to reach them and straighten out the order. Never know if you get a call if it is from them. Voicemails were not left. Speaking and getting calls from people from different area codes. Probably some foreign and difficult to understand.
After finally getting equipment for both my husband and me, had face to face contact to go over the details of using the equipment which was a good experience.
Have tried several companies for cpap equipment. All are difficult to work with as far as reordering and being able to ask questions.
