“My puppy and I just moved to Gahanna. We have always went to same vet back home so I asked around first for recommendations. Several people suggested Gahanna Animal Hospital. The whole process of making an appointment and getting information to them about Bella was so easy. They were ready when we got there and treated Bella with love and compassion the whole time. She is a sweet but anxious puppy. Bella has allergies and had developed an ear infection. They were able to treat her for this, prescribe meds to help her not being so anxious when going to groomers and suggested ways we could save money on a few things, The Vet listened to and addressed my concerns and treated Bella so well. . We are so happy to be in Gahanna now and having the Gahanna Animal Hospital to rely on.”

Their hours make it easy to schedule an appointment, even in an emergency. I also love that they offer their own in-house healthcare plan; although it's not transferable to other vet clinics, it's a little more affordable than most pet insurances and really helps to cut down on medical costs. I've recommended this clinic to multiple people and will continue to do so!”

“My husband & I brought in one of our cats, which was really sick & not getting better. At the worst, we anticipated euthanasia. Dr. Rice, her technician, and receptionist, Avery, were very kind, very thorough, and truthful. She said a blood test will determine what he has. Fortunately, their price for service
Is more than reasonable. So, we opted to have a blood test to see what he had and if he could be treated. The end result was he had Feline HIV. We were releived when Dr. Rice told us it is not contagious sharing bowls with our other cats. Unfortunately, he was very sick. He had been gone a week before coming home. His condition was not promising for survival. We chose euthanasia and brought his body home to bury. They even wrapped him up in a soft blanket for his burial. We are so glad we found Village Veterinary. Being on a limited income didn't put a strain on our budget.”
“This practice is amazing! I drive 40 minutes to bring my rabbits to Dr. Borders. She is a fantastic vet who is thorough, explains things well, and always has time to answer questions. She is a fantastic person as well as a terrific veterinarian. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful when I call. Top notch practice!”

The receptionist, vet tech and Dr. Johnson were amazing! I loved how they talked through everything they were doing and went over a treatment plan so there were no surprises. “I love this office! Every staff member is so friendly and kind. Every time I come in with one of my dogs, I think the dogs think they are celebrities haha. The staff is so quick to say hello and love on my guys. They get so excited to go to the vet because it’s 90% attention, 10% exam/procedure in their eyes. I have two boy dogs and had both of them neutered here. They are both rambunctious little dudes and neither of them seemed bothered by their incisions and they healed so quickly! We didn’t even have to use a cone for one of them. If you’ve ever had to use the cone of shame for a pet, you know it can be a challenge. I can only share my own experience, but I would highly recommend this office if you’ve been holding off on neuter surgery because you’re dreading the recovery process. The humans are lovely and do a great job making sure my dogs are happy and healthy. ?”
“I brought my cat Dirk here for a Dental cleaning, after having it scheduled at The Animal Health Org., but their tech quit after we waited almost a yr for that appt. Not only were the staff, pleasant & friendly at Hamilton Road Animal Hospital, but the vet, Dr. Turley, even called our MedVet Cardiologist to discuss options for Dirk, since he has a heart murmur. They were able to work out the best anesthesia options for Dirk, and Dr. Turley even called me a few days later to let me know what MedVet said & that they would be able to accommodate Dirk for the cleaning. They were also able to get us in quick for the consult appt. & the dental appt. was within 2 weeks of the consult!! All in, it only cost me ~$300 for the dental cleaning (that's w/the $60 consult fee included), and I felt that was very reasonable, considering one specialized Dental clinic in Columbus gave me a rate of $2500-5K!!

“A very affordable place to spay/neuter your pet. Check their website for low cost well care clinic days too. I stopped by to make an appointment for my rescue adoption dog. The staff is fantastic to work with when making your appointment. On the day of my dog’s surgery I dropped her off early in the morning. Have your pet on a leash or in a crate to expedite the check in process. You will fill out paperwork and after a few minutes a staff member will retrieve your pet. They tell you upfront your pet will be there most of the day. They will text you when your pet is ready to be picked up. When my dog was discharged from the clinic a staff member sat down with me and went over medication dosage and post op procedures to help me care for my pet after the surgery. The staff made this a very organized and calm experience. Their attention to providing information and answering questions is one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a pet clinic!”

“I've been a loyal client for 20 years, and after visiting with my new pup last week, I'm even more impressed. Dr. Evans has completely transformed the clinic since taking over a few years ago. The previous owner rarely explained much or ran tests, often prescribing the same antibiotics repeatedly. But Dr. Evans is thorough, using her extensive knowledge to diagnose and treat effectively. She takes the time to explain everything and offers options that fit my budget. The new building has everything you'd expect at MedVet but at incredibly fair prices. If you're in southeast Columbus, give Dr. Evans a try. Highly recommended!”

They were patient and kind and you can tell they really love the animals In there care. We really appreciated the photo updates during the day too. Our Huckleberry is healing very well and we will be bringing our cat for her yearly shots.”

“I take both of my golden retrievers, Abby and Ellie , here now. My previous golden had an holistic approach. She had lupus and I know it gave me the most amazing 7 years with her I wouldn't have had otherwise. I completely believe in Dr Fine she's amazing with my puppers. She plays with them while examining them so they think it's the best time ever. Very knowledgeable. I'm grateful my previous holistic vet at Medvet cancer center introduced me. I adored my Medvet doctor but that was for a serious illness. This is more routine care. Dr Fine, because this is holistic, treats the system and not just the symptoms. You really can't go wrong with Dr Fine or her extremely loving staff. I love everyone from the receptionist who has the best hair color lol. To all the techs etc. I see a very long relationship in our future❤️”
