I live in Florida, and recently purchased my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrofoglio through Mike Ward's. Jeff Myers was AMAZING at making the process go smoothly, and even had the car waiting and ready to go, so when I flew out; I literally picked up my keys and drove back to Florida. I've had more hassles purchasing cars locally. If you want a no hassle process buying your vehicle; then go see Jeff!!!!

I bought a Maserati Levante from Mike Ward. Larry Lueck, the representative, advised me that the car was in "mint" condition because he personally inspected it. It arrived to me with multiple scratches, some down to the metal and a very obvious ding on the side of the rear passenger door, It arrived without all the floor mats and the insert for the back hatch area was covered in scratches. I took pictures and advised Larry of these issues as he was the person who had inspected the car and he said he would make sure these issues were taken care of. He said he would send me the floor mats and had made a call to a local repair shop in my area regarding the ding and paint scratches. He put me off multiple times and told me that these things take time. When I continued to check on the status of these things, he wasn't nearly as friendly as when he was taking my money, he told me that he couldn't help with some of these issues as it would come out of his paycheck. I advised him that I payed for a car that he vouched for and it the cost of these issues shouldn't come out of my paycheck either. This was in June of 2022. Nothing to this day. Larry avoided me until I knew there was no resolution to be had from Larry Lueck at Mike Ward Automotive. The customer service was only good when the money is in hand, there was no follow-up or professionalism after the sale was made. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by Larry Lueck. He led me to believe the car looked a certain way and sold me something else. I had to spend a lot of money to repair these issues and replace all the floor mats and the rear hatch insert. What could have been an easy fix for an automotive company and made a customer happy turned into an expensive situation and a bad experience.

Awesome service! Had an alternator go out and he was able to get us taken care of right away. Pretty great to get a lifetime warranty on both parts and labor since he matched the parts warranty from AutoZone. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

Great service! Had a starter and battery replaced. I purchased the parts, Mike installed, I received a limited lifetime warranty on the starter from Auto Zone along with a limited lifetime warranty on the labor from Mike! Best service ever! Will hire again!

Excellent work! Had a starter replaced, I bought the part from AutoZone, got the best price possible and a lifetime warranty on the part from Autozone. Mike also matched the part store warranty on the labor!! So if anything ever goes wrong with the starter again for as long as I own the vehicle I have a lifetime labor and part warranty on my starter. Love this service!! Every shop I called told me they would only give me a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty. Got news for them..... I got a lifetime warranty on the part and the labor.... HA!!!
