I interviewed for a position at this place and made it to the 2nd interview where the person who was supposed to interview me was not there so I was told I would be called back with a phone interview.. that never happened and was 3 weeks ago. It was Highly unprofessional and I was actually looking forward to the position, but now after experiencing this I'm glad I dodged a bullet because if they do this during interviews imagine how they will treat the actual employees.

Waiting for a delivery since July 17. It's been sitting in Gahanna since July 18. If I could I would drive down in an hour and be done with this.UPDATE: Contacted them on July 24. Said they had a wrong number and couldn't contact us. Never bothered to write a letter to the address they had which would've been slow, but better than not trying at all. Finally got the delivery on July 25. They should be out of business, but this is an example of F up upwards.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting what I believe to be the slowest warehouse I have ever encountered. The complete disregard for the drivers' feelings and lack of efficiency left me thoroughly disappointed. Allow me to share my encounter with this warehouse and the reasons behind my negative review.First and foremost, the loading process at this warehouse was excruciatingly slow. It seemed as though time stood still as I waited for my cargo to be loaded. The warehouse staff appeared disorganized and unmotivated, making no effort to expedite the process. This lack of urgency not only wasted my time but also affected my schedule, causing significant delays for subsequent deliveries.Furthermore, the staff exhibited a complete disregard for the well-being and comfort of the drivers. There was no designated area for drivers to rest or seek shelter from unfavorable weather conditions. I observed many drivers waiting for extended periods in their vehicles without any basic amenities, such as seating or refreshments. It is astonishing how little consideration was given to the people who play a crucial role in the transportation industry.Moreover, the communication within the warehouse was abysmal. It was challenging to obtain any information regarding the status of my cargo or the estimated loading time. The staff seemed indifferent to my inquiries, providing vague responses or simply ignoring them altogether. This lack of transparency and professionalism only added to the frustration of an already agonizing experience.Overall, my visit to this warehouse was nothing short of a disappointment. The slow and inefficient loading process, coupled with the complete disregard for the drivers' well-being and the lack of effective communication, left me with a negative impression. I would strongly advise against using this warehouse for any logistical needs unless you have an abundance of time to spare and are prepared for a frustrating ordeal.I sincerely hope that the management of this warehouse takes these criticisms seriously and implements significant improvements. It is crucial to prioritize efficiency, respect, and effective communication to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
