I had a good experience. Parking for enough cars. Three tellers inside, got in quick and out fast. Have 2 drive-ups, one with a teller and one automated. The staff was friendly and efficient.. They need more brick and mortar stores

Will definitely never come back to that branch. Vanessa treated me horrible from the second I pulled up she rolled her eyes and walked away while I was talking, refused to let me talk to a manager, told me she wasn't doing my transaction because I asked her to work with someone else and then when I was trying to leave she wouldn't give me my cash and kept going with "the problem isn't her it's her job" no, it wasn't doing her job I was very happy to verify my account as i do EVERY time I go in there and never had an issue with anyone. The problem was definitely how disrespectful she was being towards me for absolutely no reason. I've been with fifth third for over 15 years as my whole family as well but maybe its time to switch over since customer service is no longer of importance.

How about properly staffing this place the day AFTER a holiday? That'd be nice for the long line of customers in the branch AND the drive up window. That being said, the staff is friendly and professional.
