We took our RV out for it's first camping trip of the season yesterday. Late this year for us, been busy with life and work.
Got to the local state park and our site, went to put down the stabilizer jacks and it was absolutely a no go for me. It was already after 6pm so no one was available to come out and help. Called the state park camp office and the great staff gave us a few numbers of local companies to try to call. We are not from this area, so good advice was very welcome.
I called Yonak's RV in Belmont, Ohio and talked to Steve in Service. He checked to see if we could bring up our RV and have them check it out to see if they could get the stabilizer jacks freed up. He said yes, and we set a time of about 2 hours to bring it up and they would try it out immediately once I got there.
About 10 minutes later, Steve called up and asked if he could swing by our site, to try to free them up, as he was passing by and it would not be out of his way.
He showed up when he said he would and after a quick inspection was able to get all 4 stabilizer jacks freed up and working. He gave my wife and I some really good advice on future servicing and maintaining of the jacks. We have been RVing for 11 years and good advice is always welcome.
Steve is a Godsend, very professional and friendly. Empathetic to us and our situation. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their sales and services to anyone.
Thank you Steve, beyond words, life for us, has been a battle, especially the past 6 months, life isn't fair and God is good. You are a blessing, you saved our camping trip. Your small act of profound kindness was a shot of deeply needed love we very much needed.

Had door replaced had gaps on sides, had to have someone else to fix problem. Awning was to be adjusted was not done, would not recommend.

We just bought our 1st camper from here and they are very very helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. We are new to the camping world and don't know a whole lot about any of it but our tired of paying high rents from crapy landlords that only want your $$. We are very pleased with how they are treating is plus they are even delivering it to our lot where it is gonna be parked at. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used camper this place has anything and everything you could want to start camping with your family and enjoying and making memories....
