EDIT: the manager called me and offered to fix the button. They quickly repaired the button and were very nice. I appreciate him reaching out to fix the phone. I highly recommend going to see them for services like this because they are great. -11-4-2018

In the end I was happy with my experience. My screen cracked when the technician was opening the phone to replace the battery, but the store gave me a new screen at no charge. Each step took longer than the staff said it would, but you know what? Things happen, and they seem super busy, and it's just a phone. So I'd go to this store again, for sure.
