I took my car here for an inside door handle issue. These were the only guys who offered to even look at it! Not only did they set their eyes on it, they fixed it! Customer service was great, communication was great, and price was great! Highly recommend these guys

Ron, Casey, and their team are the best. I love knowing I can call them and they'll ask questions to best understand and give me an idea of what might be happening. Heck theyve talked me out of certain repairs before and will help prioritize. They're honest, knowledgeable, fair priced, and good with estimating when they can get a car in and be done so you aren't left wondering. What else could you ask for!?

Was having car trouble a few days before a cross country drive. Brookside took the time to find and fix the problem with our Jeep and we made the drive without any issues. Keep in mind this was a problem that a local Jeep dealer couldn't figure out (although in fairness they really didn't try very hard.)
I've been bringing my cars here for years and the staff here always does an excellent job. 100% honest and will never try to sell you something that you don't need. You can't say that about the big chain places just up the road.
Seriously, if you aren't bringing your car here you are paying too much for repairs.

My alternator gave out at the Marathon gas station and I couldn’t believe my unlucky luck. Brookside happened to be only 500ft away! I limped my car over to their garage and they had the problem diagnosed and the part ordered and replaced in only about 2 hours! The guys were super helpful and they have extremely reasonable labor costs. I highly recommend their services.

Called to see about an estimate on getting a tuneup on my car in an oil change The man that answered the phone was extremely rude hung up on me the first time I called back because I didn’t understand why I got hung up on just to be told to never call again even though I never spoke to anybody call back to tell him that that was not right on how he’s trying to run his business just to get laughed at and hung up on again!!!! Ik a lot of ppl who come here will be pushing the message alone to never go here!
