I tried to open an account at this location during a holiday week. The people in this location have a really bad attitude! They did everything to dissuade me and get me to come back another day to open the account. This is your typical Appalachia Ohio level of customer service; they don’t want to work and are doing you a favor by waiting on you.

Nice bank and I highly recommend it! It tooks one day to open my bank account and in the end one of the bank stuff rides me bank to my apartment building because I've just newly arrived the US for several days. I got a very good experience today and the next time I'll come to this bank again ?

You guys have horrible customer service. Like your app doesn’t work half the time and the other half I have to drive up there just to transfer money. I’m highly disappointed and this keeps wasting more of my time and money. Fix it or I will leave honestly!!!!

Can't setup online banking...online. You have to make an appointment to have someone do it for you. This is ridiculous! Will be closing all my accounts and going somewhere else.

There is a lady in the Beavercreek branch and EVERYTIME I have to deal with her she is so extremely rude and unhelpful!! The one time I went to open an account and the staff had me sit in the lobby and wait for 35 minutes. Then when she finally called me in her office she said she couldnt help me she was going to lunch and I'd have to make an appointment. This branch is SO poorly ran. I will be searching for a local credit union! Tired of their unprofessional staff!!!!

I agree. Huntington Bank overall sucks. Customer Service here is really bad. Overall, the bank tends to be suspicious. They also make you wait to get credit for a deposit.Went over the Chase and have been happy ever since.
