Not good. Repair took much longer than expected. Communication was poor. No apology. Vehicle hadn't been cleaned on return. I won't go here again, unfortunately.

The work was completed quickly and with outstanding craftsmanship. The team was highly professional, offered excellent customer service, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. I took my car in to have my trunk hinges replaced. Germain did a great job, but somehow agter being outside for a week my entire car got coated with some gritty substance that I wasn't able to remove. I took it back to them and they immediately said they would take care of removing it, no problem or questions asked. I got it back the next day and my car was glowing! Not only did they fix the problem, but they also detailed the entire car and also applied a polymer finish! From the ladies at their front desk to the management, this is the best customer service I've experienced in decades. Germain is a top notch business that I would recommend to anyone. If you need a body shop, DO NOT HESSITATE to go to Germain!

I recently brought my truck in for an issue with my drivers side door which was done under warranty. Josh was great to work with and diagnosed the issue instantly. The only issue was that they had to order a part that was not previously ordered, however, that was a mistake make by Germain Ford Service department.
I was able to pick up my truck while the part was on order. Once the part came in, Josh was able to work my truck in the same day to complete the repair. I'm happy with the Customer service that Josh and his team gave me.

They are very friendly, fast, professional and always kept me updated on all the work being done. They fixed my car after getting rear ended. Worked with the insurance company and worked with Enterprise to setup and return my vehicle. The best experience I have ever had with a repair shop. Josh at the repair shop was fantastic! I would definitely recommend him for his excellent service and expertise.

You know if you are going to a collision center you are not very happy, the staff from the front office to repair techs and everyone made the situation better, I called and stopped in several times to check on my vehicle and they were never unprofessional always professional and courteous to my needs and questions, I was waiting for a decal but needed my vehicle and they allowed my to take it with no issues and will call to make the final touches complete. Wow its like I never even got into an accident. Thanks for everything.
