My hunny and I brought home a fluffy ball of love (pekingese) named Lyle last fall from the Dayton store. He was 7 months old and was the most handsome, lovable, quirky pup they had & at the time also the eldest. We worked with Crysta to be able to bring Lyle home. Today he is a year old and we stopped into see the loving team members who helped make things possible (who we still keep in contact with❤️) because believe it or not they really do care about who and where the pups go to live and their happiness. Thanks team love Lyle Lyle ?and Family ??

I use to love going to this place with my fiancé and nephew when I had a tough week and that would go away when I would play with fetch puppies and give dogs love. That experience changed the last time I went 2 weeks ago as I was told I could not play with certain dogs if I was not buying them and the dogs I could interact with I had a staff members watching us and telling us don't pick the dogs up and don't this don't do that. I should have got names but it was a short white maybe mixed female with dark brown hair and a white male tall with blonde short hair cut. This experience made me cry as I my puppies I had for 6 months at Petland passed away this year and fetch puppies always made me happy. PS don't buy a dog from Petland as they are sick. The staff at fetch though this time were rude and gave me stereotyping vibes. I got that people steal dogs but my family that day was made to feel like we were criminals. no one else was treated like that in the store and to make up the excuses that certain dogs would be stressed if we tried to play with them is crazy as the dog would be more stressed being hold in a glass cage everyday then hugged and loved. Its not like I was with little kids who can be rough with pups sometimes as my nephew is 12 years old, full with manners and kinda shy. fetch with the way I was treated you never have to worry about me coming back. You probably do not care anyways.

Fetch Puppies treats their employees terribly, and their animals worse.

Kind employees very happy energetic puppies. Employees will go above and beyond to help people or puppies. Spent over and hour and a half with employees to get the puppy my family all wanted.

Best dog I ever bought was from here in 2003. Just bought another after searching several Ohio breeders... one who doesn't let you even touch your animal until you pay in full. Better health guarantee here than the Ohio breeders I found. But my vet did say they vaccinate too early despite the vet calling them directly to suggest waiting a bit. And I really don't appreciate haters shaming me for doing my research and going with Fetch in the end. Do what's best for your family/budget in terms of where you shop, rescue and adopt. For what I wanted to bring home and when, Fetch was my choice. No buyers remorse so far.

Fetch, please go humane and stop selling puppies!
Customers, please don't buy puppies from this place. If you don't know why I'm saying this, look up puppy mills. There are many wonderful rescue puppies out there (I've had one for thirteen years myself!) If you want a pure breed, there are also reputable breeders out there.

They train their staff to lie about where these puppies come from. They purchase from puppy mills/amish country. There is no reason they are charging $5,000 for puppies. They try to sell you on the fact they they've had all of their shots when they are too young to have had them all. They do the "shots" themselves and claim a vet does. I requested vet records from the "vet" they use and they send me over a USDA exam they paid $25 for. No shots were given. Horrible scam

This place sources their puppies from mills. Please don’t support them.

Sadly Fetch is just a beefed-up corporate version of puppy mills. I suggest adopting, but that's my personal opinion.

This is not a good store to get a dog at all. Despite what people tell you, they will get sick. I've bought a dog from this place awhile back ago and they have a lot of health issues including seizures. It's pretty funny that people want to write positive reviews , when the word "Puppy Mill" comes up the most. I will not continue to support a store that sells sick dogs. Good for you that you think the staff is knowledgeable because they are clearly not, when I was told my dog would be ok and they are not. Shop elsewhere.

I have been going into Fetch for many years. I have purchased 3 amazing golden retrievers from the Beavercreek location and have never been disappointed! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. I will only purchase my pups from Fetch and Fetch only! If you are looking for a forever companion, Fetch is the best place to purchase from.

The store is clean and the puppies have big kennels. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about breeds and shedding. The prices were shockingly high, > $3700. The puppies were taken care of, and acted happy.
