The atm hasn't worked correctly in a long time. I have to pay fees to use atms at other banks who have nice machines. The line for the atm is always backed up and the fact that the atm doesn't have it's own single line is absurd. You sit at the atm for 10 minutes because the person in front of you is dealing with a teller inside the bank. Poor set up, poor atm service. If this issue isn't resolved in a timely manner we are switching all accounts to another bank.

The tellers are always friendly and quick at transactions. We have our house loan and a personal loan through them. They give my wife treats for her service dog zoey when we come through the drive through. They are service animal friendly.
