Very unprofessional and rude. Not to mention they told me 3 weeks turn around and ended up being over 6 weeks. This was a pretty basic return and I know I would have received a better refund else where. Same your time and go anywhere else.

I have been going there for 30 years. Never a mistake. I used to sit and wait for them to get done, no problem! I now live in Tennessee and I send my taxes up there every year to be done. Will always use them. Prices seem fair to me! I usually get Laura, love her and Mary. They are both good. Give them a try.

Will not be returning next year. Not only did it take 3 weeks, but they charged an astronomical amount to prepare and file my taxes - which were not done correctly. I just received adjustments to my refund from Ohio, which I have never received before. When I asked a question about city taxes, they were condescending in their answer. Very disappointed with my experience.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! My disabled mother has been going here for years she recently was treated terribly I’m beside myself on how rude someone here was to her and they know the position and situation she is in the disregarded the letter from the irs stating she needed to set up a new payment plan with them knowing as a tax consultant what that could mean for her and told her “I wouldn't worry about it they are so busy and behind”! Now because she trusted them her home has a lien on it ! For someone who is disabled and ill how do you think this is going to work out for her?! She was also told “since you have time why don’t you sit on the phone with the irs for hours waiting to get this done?” Wow I’m disgusted at the lack of just human decency and professionalism.

They treated my disabled, ill mother very rude! Told her since she had the time she could sit on the phone w the irs and to not worry about the letter she received from them knowing what not fixing the issue could possibly do to her. Well it did because my mother’s tax consultant at this business did not do what she was supposed to do or help my mother with what she called several times about as a client there her hike now has a lien on it!!! I am the neighborWho doesn't help the neighbor in the parking lot and get the city put a sign 2 hours parking from 6 am to 9 pm can't help othersI never thought that in USA you can buy the lawBut those people bought the law and got the city to put this sign and guess what I got a parking ticketGreat

Waiting for city to be filed since FEB and to have all my papers mailed to me (It is June now and I'm still waiting) and they keep giving me empty promises that they will get it done. Make sure they do everything the day you are there or go somewhere else!
